2）打电话给3大信用机构加Fraud Alert，这个initial alert持续90天

3）Credit Monitoring
当你加完Fraud Alert，去三大机构索要免费credit report，看有没有可疑hard in
quiries和新账号出现
4）Free Annual Report是另外一个索取免费credit report的方法，一年一次
当你索要credit report时，最好三个机构的同时要，因为creditors可能只查某一家
机构，同时拿到三个report是为了得到更完备的信息。置底有citi $5/month的credit

I understand what you mean by "freezing motion".
I don't think I freeze long enough! I know I should for timing purpose.
Because most of my failed serves go 5-6 inches longer out of the service line.
I know they were caused by me not freezing the motion milisecond longer and
hit the ball early. It is a timing thing. The player that does the freezing
motion really well is Federer. Actually, his serve was analyzed on one issue
of Tennis magazine last year.

本人背景：本科cs（国内非北清名校），美国三流学校ECE（排名100开外还在南部偏远

作或实习的经历（只在一个国家实验室做过3个月intern），博士研究经历一般，也就
够毕业。
从三个月前开始认真找工作，主要就是到各大公司网站上投。找别人refer感觉用处不
大，最重要还是公司要有相关的opening。前后一共经历了10次onsite，机会不少但自
己把握能力太差，一直到最后的两个机会才拿到offer。。其他要么是拒了要么是
freeze了。
报报offer吧：
1.在Austin的本行业大公司，Base 102K + 10% target bonus（不知道能拿到多少）。

右边得refrige freeze everything。疏菜，鸡蛋什么的过一天就冻上了，温度调到最
高的也不行。打 电话给jenn air客服说还在五年warranet以内但这是limited
warranty,只包括 compressor等5个大零件并且不包括检查的cost. 前段时间从home
advisor上找了一个修家电的。说来检查一下会给一个报价， 若不满意可以不找他们修
但是要付55， 如果要要他们修， 这55就免了。来了之后没看见怎么检查， 就看见直
接把有damper 的盒子打开了，看了看说是damper control 坏了，不能根据温度来off
， 所以cool air 就一直不停的从freezer 吹向refrig 这边， 导致refig 温度低。
换了一个damper control， charge 了近$250(估计材料费顶多只有60-70。 想想也就
一次性就算了并且说有90天的warranty。现在过了一个多月以后， 好像又开始freeze

it up and add more insulation etc.

1.申请新卡降低信用分不光是hard pull。开新卡也会降低平均account age，这个可能
影响分更多。如果你每天refresh信用分，你会发现刚申完卡信用分只降一点点，等新
卡第一个statement post之后分数降更多。对策是尽量不要关你的老卡。churn的时候
优先申请你会保留的卡。
2.freeze。如果大多数银行在你的州都pull一个bureau。比如说Amex，Citi和Chase在
我的州都pull Experian。你可以把你的某个credit report freeze起来。你申请的时
候就application就不会通过，然后你可以打电话过去让rep pull其他家的report。这
样可以把credit pull分散。注意Citi和Amex不会同意pull其他家的report。但是Chase
，BOA会。有的州freeze report要交几块钱。
3. Bump.Equifax和TU的hard credit pull可以用soft pull ＂bump＂ 掉。道理是他们

Amex, USBank, BOA) except Barclay pull experian. Without freezing, one would
end up with 15+ experian inquiries, 2-3 on TU and nothing on EQ. With
freezing, you can reduce Exp inquires to 4-5 a year. Freezing can be done
easily online.
Bumping doesn't make sense to me as I only care about EXP. It is indeed a
lot of work. |

1.可以离开车时候盖一个白色的浴巾，不需要新，只要颜色浅就可以。
2.然后娃离开车，放一个自制的袋子，做法见二楼link，里面装矿泉水瓶子的水（不冰
冻）或者freez pak，我其实不建议放freez pak，主要会流水，除非你的袋子做的的防
水的。
3.也是看别人说其实车头降温比较重要，所以买那种可以防辐射的挡在前窗，这样车子
见闻很容易。
我个人觉得做到1,2效果已经很好了，我是用水，没用freez pak，效果已经比较好了，
很简单大家可以试试 |

裁，在这个时候freeze，就相当于有自己的市场份额帮助拉高油价，当然不会同意。
Iran不同意科威特也不干。再说美国厂商，一会儿cut divident, 一会要issue new
share, 为啥？ no cash. 在没有cash, 油价已经提高40%的情况下，会cut? 不加就不
错了。再说demand, 中国各种刺激一起上，二胎，房子，是的，二月oil import
increase 20%，那是因为石油便宜了，要储存一些便宜的油，就和大家看到27块也要上
一样，但是，油也要地儿存，中国不是要再建三个储油基地么？为啥？快满了.

发帖数: 218 | 50 Jenn Air 两扇门的冰箱。 2008年买的。 左边的freeze 部分好像没什么问题。 但是
右边得refrige freeze everything。疏菜，鸡蛋什么的过一天就冻上了，温度调到最
高的也不行。打 电话给jenn air客服说还在五年warranet以内但这是limited
warranty,只包括 compressor等5个大零件并且不包括检查的cost. 前段时间从home
advisor上找了一个修家电的。说来检查一下会给一个报价， 若不满意可以不找他们修
但是要付55， 如果要要他们修， 这55就免了。来了之后没看见怎么检查， 就看见直
接把有damper 的盒子打开了，看了看说是damper control 坏了，不能根据温度来off
， 所以cool air 就一直不停的从freezer 吹向refrig 这边， 导致refig 温度低。
换了一个damper control， charge 了近$250(估计材料费顶多只有60-70。 想想也就
一次性就算了并且说有90天的warranty。现在过了一个多月以后， 好像又开始freeze
