except one Taiwanese Chinese FF in S. CA, in my past 7 years import/export
biz experiences before. Price quote from a FF is not that important, or not
the 1st priority, because uncertainty happens in trade - eg, if your
shippment is late or have to go through US custom's inspection, and you need
some days of warehousing, etc. FF with this capacity or who can offer

我知道通常都是计入SGA，因为这个费用如果seller承担的话，已经考虑进价格里了，
但是如果价格就是FOB港口的话，从厂里到港口的费用怎么记录？好像COGS-overhead也
行啊，而且更合理

had these for some time now and use them often. i've calibrated them and it
came out to within 2% accuracy at all 3 points (high,medium,low). they claim
accurate within +/-4%, which is typical for a click-type torque wrench.
others who have had theirs calibrated have reported similarly good results.
these are one of those hidden gems at harbor freight.

1）Craftman Thin Plate 3/8" ratchet, 原价30左右，有一个30% off。因为3/8"是你
最常用的，肯定需要上一个好的。
2）Socket,去了Lowe's，Home Depot，还有Harbor Freight。一共买了，10mm，12mm，
14mm，17mm，spark plug socket。这些一起10块钱左右，应该都是最常用的了。（全
是6point）
3）Harbor Freight的extension，一共九个。不到10块，包括了1/4", 3/8", 1/2"，每
种3条。
4）Lug Wrench和Torque wrench，目前Harbor Freight打折，TW大概是10块，3/8"的。
Lug wrench也是10块左右。Torque wrench主要是怕自己对于一些高要求的nut拧松了，
或者过紧用。应该不太常用。Lug Wrench主要是方便卸轮子，这个必须要有。就算你不
打算DIY买一个也比备用的好用

我要发一批货去HK， 以前一直走的是fedex express（我有比较低rate).
现在hk 那边要求用pallet运输， 我查了一下fedex express freight 可以走。
问题：
1. fedex freight 能在我家的drive way pickup 吗？ 因为是自己房子，并没有
load deck。
2 这个打包成pallet是自己打包呢？ fedex 有没有这个服务？
如果我自己打包，一般去哪里搞呢？ 还是uline 买了东西，自己打包？
3 看了一下，fedex 的freight rate 大概是 $1.3/LB, 不知道这个rate 和其他
的货运公司比较呢？
4 美国海关要求超过2500美金价值需要申报，以前我的货物都是只填写低于2500
价值的，但是这个pallet 是不是明显看来就大于2500，我是不是还要走这个手续，这
个手续怎么办理呢？

Shipment came in, U.S. Customs placed a HOLD on the 16 cartons only. ONLY
your freight.
Steps:
1. Boat came to NY.
2. CNTR discharged from Boat.
3. CTNR picked up by NY CFS.
4. NY CFS unloaded CTNR.
5. EXAM SITE had to arrange a trucker to go to NY CFS to pick up freight. (
this is usually split amongst to importers)
This case is only 1 importer, so they have to pay for all of it.

附近的dealership有好几个,先看inventory多不多.因为5月底了,新一年的车马上就出
来了(7/8月份),所以就要清掉当年的车.如果车行的同一款车多的话必定容易谈价钱.
其实俺算是失算了,早两周买就可以拿到1500的dealer cash from Honda,不过也可能那
时候价钱没有那么好砍.6月份应该更便宜,不过可能选择少一些.
功课肯定要做的,truecar.com上的价钱偏高,或者稍微参考一下unusually low价格就可
以了.俺主要看华人论坛上的买车的报价.幸好Odessey算是比较popular的,报价的信息
不少.俺看到最便宜的EX-L是30000刀+TTL.可惜俺没有砍到.
对了,Honda的车价格比较容易比较,因为同一型号的配置是一样的.其他的车同一号配置
差别多了去了,价格不好比较.
先去了一个车行,他们的车EX比较多,EX-L比较少.其实俺没有决定要哪一款的.试探了一
下他们EX的底价,大概28K+TTL,不算很好的deal,于是奔去另外一个dealership,也就是
最后买的那个.

coupon。
别忘了买jack oil，用千斤顶之前，要bleed floor jack。
在harbor freight买两对jack stands， 一对也才20刀
在harbor freight买breaker bar（1/2 inch），十刀出头，拧放油螺丝可以用。对应
的你可以去amazon 买一套1/2的 socket set （Stanley 89-339），搭配breaker bar
用，可以拧放油螺丝，也可以拧轮胎的lug nut，建议买1/2 extension bar set，搭配
breaker bar用拧轮胎螺丝 （TEKTON 4971,）。
Torque Wrench我建议还是买一个，你给放油螺丝和轮胎螺丝拧上的时候，设定正确的
torque很重要，我买的是amazon 的TEKTON 24335 1/2， 可以搭配上面提到的
extension bar和socket set用。
