Healthy Choice Chicken Romano Fresca (173), 没吃完，大概吃了一半多一点，算3/

自制黄瓜胡萝卜汁（26卡）

草莓22粒（84卡）

运动 （65 mins, 600 cal）
本来周六准备休息不运动了，但是因为知道晚上要和很久没见面的朋友出去吃饭所以把
运动提前了。
Dinner （估计有1000卡）
因为在减肥，朋友和我决定吃好日本火锅（Shabu Shabu）， 我点的鱼肉锅。嘴馋，所
以还点了草莓芒果SMOOTHIE（要求不加酸奶和糖），和Sushi1 （惭愧。。。）还好日
本火锅还比较清淡，我点的是鱼锅，没吃猪肉或牛肉。大概算了算，算1000卡吧。

我现在每天的食谱
早上不吃，
中午chick-fil-a大概700-800 卡的快餐
晚上subway 6 inch sandwich,大概400卡左右。
还有一些apple, grapefruit, tomato, nuts的夜宵
一天大概3-4 can diet sprite or fresca。
每天喝水大概3L左右
锻炼每天三十分钟的cardio machine, 消耗250卡
每周三次羽毛球，每次两小时左右，大概消耗400卡
每周会管不住自己，或者应酬要吃一次buffet,尽量吃
protein高的，carb低的。
有经验的看看这样可不可行。谢谢! |

好不容易找到这个不清晰的老帕原版伴奏，也没太熟悉就先吼一个，而且也没耐心给第
二段注音了，就直接唱中文了～～～问题很多很明显，首先声音就没撑大，显得没气势
