谓深度清洗，地毯清洗，杂七杂八的维修费用等。本来金额也不是太大，但是代理狂妄
嚣张的态度让俺一定要讨个公道。
两年前租的这个condo，是这家xxx property management代为招租及管理。俺们住了1
年多点，搬走之前的2星期，和代理一起walk through。这个代理是个四，五十岁的白
人妇女，一副盛气凌人的鸟样，指着这说不干净，指着那说不干净。有的地方其实俺们
刚打扫清洁过，几乎是一尘不染，IT 竟然指着那块地方说，我不跟你们argue，我说这
里不干净就是不干净！俺小声用中文跟LD说，嘿，丫挺拽的哈，IT立马冲到我们跟前吼
道，你们说啥？为什么不说英文？我K，你丫当你是谁呀？楼上楼下看过之后，IT没找
到任何损坏的地方，拔腿就想走人。慢着，给我留下字据！IT极不情愿地写下“查无损
坏，需深度清洗”的字据并签名，俺们过目后方才让其离开。事后证明，这个字据是个
重要的证据。
搬走之后，俺们彻底打扫干净了整个房子，使其绝对比刚搬进来时干净许多。照理，押

几个选择：
A。 36 wolf range with oven， （deal now $4000） + another oven ($2500)
stack with microwave on the side.
pro: cheap, stylish
con, no double oven discount($1000 more for a good one).
B. 48 Wolf/viking range top only. ($4000 or so) Double oven ($3500)+
microwave.
Pro: double oven is pretty and can have a lot more options like steam and
dehydrate.
Con: not traditional since there are two big pan drawer under the rangetop

发帖数: 29 | 17 新房子的DESIGN CENTER(DC)绝多是宰客没商量的，所以去之前一定要多跑跑HOME
DEPOT(HD), LOWE'S了解了解行情。
1. 实木地板：
我是两层楼，第一层从了DC, 选了glue down的BIRCH floor(材料用的是被DC rating
成premium的料), 大概2000sqft的铺设面积，被收取了15K。 之所以从了，是因为要
glue, 一次搞好算了。
第二层本来DC要给铺upgrade的地毯，加pad,铺设面积大概600sq ft,收取5k. 去HD一看
，地毯出奇的便宜，而且我也是不是很饭地毯，觉得加个垫子也没意义，遂决定让DC铺
standard的地毯，准备closing后喊HD来铺地板，正好最近HD有397的全家installation
package,另加20cents/sqft的地毯removal fee. 估计2000之内肯定搞定，到时候选个
颜色和楼下差不多的木头就OK了。
2. Cabinet
这项包括厨房和所有bath的，选的是DC最好的level 6的木料，被收了5K，从了。

what is the difference between "fixed" and "attached"?
My limited knowledge is that usually, by default, seller cannot remove

ranger, 安装的时候都不只是插个电源那么简单, 水/气什么的都有固定管道要装一下.
冰箱需要接水管制冰, gas range要接gas, washer/dryer要接水管和通风管道
自己用的小冰箱小microwave, 可以随便搬来搬去插电就能用的, 不算这个范畴

much cabinet left.
They ask for 22K and this is a very small shop from builder side. |

Our fridge is already quite new and advanced.
