靠出口拉动的经济不如当局所声称的那样强劲
2016年，中国的经济增长率是自1990年以来最低的。在今年的两会上，中国总理李克强
表示中国2017年的GDP增长率将降到6.5%。
由于衡量数亿人口和企业的经济活动是很具有挑战性的，因此任何国家的经济增长率的
准确性都值得怀疑。不过，中国经济数据的可靠性比大多数国家的可靠性都更有水份。
我们怀疑中国经济实际增长率要低于6.5%，如果真有增长的话。
中国最困难的时期还在前面
李克强讲话的重要部分是，中国当局表示中国经济下滑仍未能停止，更困难的时候还在
前面。根据《BBC》报道，李克强表示中国经济转型有望，但也是痛苦的。他把中国的
经济比喻成从虫茧中挣脱的蝴蝶。换句话说，中国的经济困难可能变得更糟。
中国的经济奇迹，正如之前的日本经济奇迹一样，已经结束了。其经济复活没有成功，

Two Ohio prisoners, including the teenage gunman who killed three in a high
school shooting in 2012, escaped from the Allen Correctional Institution on
Thursday night.
T.J. Lane, now 19, and Clifford Earl Opperud, 45, escaped about 5:30 p.m.
from the prison in Lima, almost 72 miles north of Dayton, according to Lima

千禧歲末，也就是歐元鈔票面世前夕，反對歐元的佛利民（ Milton Friedman 1912-
2006），及有「歐元之父」稱號的蒙代爾（ Robert Mundell 1932-），為歐元算命，
在網上來了一場大論戰。參戰雙方是泰斗級的人馬，而為期整整一個月，這又豈止是普
普通通的論戰而已？十一年後塵埃落定，觀乎尚在惡化升級的歐元危機，這場論戰誰勝
誰負倒又不用多說了。
諾貝爾貨幣對決
這確不是一般的論戰。蒙代爾親自為此一役冠名，稱之為「諾貝爾貨幣對決」（
Nobel Money Duel）。有此之稱，因為他和佛利民都是諾貝爾經濟學獎的得主；佛利民
在美國立國兩百周年——一九七六年——得獎，蒙代爾則在歐元成事（但尚未推出鈔票
及輔幣）的一年——一九九九年——得獎。於此可見這兩個獎都有特殊寄意，而非單純
是嘉許他們的學術成就而已。

的人在中国一抓一大把，在美国居然被捧成当今的意见领袖了。。。
想当年1980左右，西方世界意见领袖是谁？Milton Friedman。美国的里根和英国的撒
切尔都信奉他的自由市场理念，人和人的所有关系都应该以自愿为原则。

Advent季节，即期待或等待季节的意思，预表人们在等待一位贵客的来临。 Advent的
准确时间段是从圣诞节的4周前开始的；在一些少数传统里，Advent季节是从圣诞节 的
6周前开始。
在Advent季节里，美国和世界各地甚至也包括中国大陆的主要城市如上海和北京到处张
灯结彩，松树的绿和树上装饰物的红是两个最主要的色彩，节期的主题是生命和庆祝。
在一些商场外，还站着摇铃的救世军（Salvation Army），请过往顾客大度地打开荷包
解囊救济那些在节日里的无家可归民众。圣诞树也进入了家家户户和商场等公共场所，
圣诞树上点缀着各种喜庆的饰物和灯光，树顶上一定有个发光的五角红星，代表着那位

。早期最有名的例子是19世纪初的卢德运动（Luddite movement）,即一群英国纺织业
工人为了抗议生产自动化,四处找机会捣毁纺织机。另外一个没这么出名但是离我们比
较近的例子是对“自动化型失业”的担忧，1961年2月24日《时代周刊》中的一篇文章
就以此为题：
因为机器效率更高而减少的工作数量只是问题的一部分。让众多就业专家更忧心的
是自动化可能会阻止经济创造出足够多的新工作机会……整个产业的趋势是小规模工厂
完成大规模产量……服务业和办公室工作的岗位增加抵消了工厂减少的工作岗位。但自
动化也开始不断逼近办公室工作并淘汰他们……过去，新产业雇用的员工远远超过他们
造成的失业，但现在的很多新产业并非如此……目前，新产业为非熟练工人或半熟练工
