数据时motoactv记录的 感觉卡路里计算的不准，明天HR moniter就到了 加上测心率应
该会算得准些。
aerobic包括 michael jillian 20 day shred 28 mins

跳绳果然很intense 跳5分钟就能消耗35卡 |

cheap. On cars, it's friggin' high end and rare.
On bikes, I use carbon fiber all the time (see attached). In fact, it's
almost entirely made of carbon. But on cars, it seems so much rarer (other
than supercars and F1, etc.).
Can someone shed some light on why the discrepancy?
