With the earnings season coming to an end and the 3 indexes at such a high
level, the market may well deserve a significant pullback or break.
Solar and shipping stocks may still offer some speculative opportunities
before their ER announcements in the next few weeks to come.
A good article to read for generally understanding the market behavior.

i know was telling me how frightening the movie was and they couldn't sleep
after seeing it. when i finally got to watch the movie, there was not a single
moment that i felt scared. i have to say 松岛菜菜子 didn't look very frightened

引言
在美国从事房地产经营的七八年来，粗略估算，本人所参加过的房地产拍卖会少说也超
过一百次。趁着目前地产市场萧条，“闲着也是闲着”，不如将我经历过的趣闻趣事写
出来与读者分享。以下所述 基本是我的亲身所历。为增加可读性以及避免有人对号入
座，故事中的人和事稍作修改。
我所知道的非自愿转让（Involuntary Alienation）房地产拍卖在本州有如下几种：1.
Sheriff sale (不知道怎么翻译， 由警官主持)；2. 房地产税拍卖 （Property tax
sale）; 3. 取消回赎权拍卖（foreclosure auction），或叫受托人拍卖（trustee
sale）。本人所经历的主要是第3种，以下所有的故事都源于此。
（一）儿戏般的拍卖场地
从书本上知道在取消回赎权拍卖上能买到很好价格的房地产后， 就很想到现场见识一
下。经过几番打听，得知拍卖会每个礼拜五的上午在本县法院大楼进行。回想起在电视
