液体。他带的胰岛素总量没超过这个值，直接过了安检带进来了，就放在登机箱里。
为了安全起见，当时也准备了国内医生的处方(中文)，我还翻译了一份英文，以备美国
海关问，结果谁都没有问，就带进来了。 |

带雨林的路边和去海滩的路边你会看到挂着这样的招牌的小店“lechon asado”（烤猪
肉），还有“coco frio”（椰汁）。 还有，海滩边上有不少小店，有点像国内的大排
档，可是那里的东西都是当地老百姓吃的，相当地道。祝你度假愉快！！ |

sells it for $270 but thats on the website that shows it as PREORDER and isn
't actually available. Newegg is selling it for over $700 and amazon has it
for $699.99
This deal basically gives you a free toughpower xt 850w. I roughly tried to
find a review but couldn't. As I recall the tough power series from
thermaltake were generally recommended. I would jump on this myself but I've

【本报讯】巴西大型连锁超市糖棒集团(Grupo Pao de Acúcar)通过Globex与百
货零售业巴伊亚之家(Casa Bahia)达成"联合协定",成立一家新的巨型零售公司,预期每
年的营业毛收入达到185亿黑奥。
两大企业的联营业务主要集中在家庭电器和耐用商品,涉及的公司品牌包括巴伊亚
之家,冷点(Ponto Frio)和额外电器(Extra Eletro;冷点是糖棒集团最近收购的电器零
售企业,后者则是名下企业。至于糖棒集团的超级市场和极级超市业务不包括在此次联
合交易之内。
Globex和巴伊亚之家完成合并交易之后,糖棒集团掌握新公司的大部分具投票权股
份以及Globex全部股份,即50%加一股普通记名股。
巴伊亚之家则掌握47.842%普通记名股和2.218%优先记名股,这些股份可以转换成
普通或可提取股,可根据糖棒集团今年6月与Globex达成的收购公开报价(OPA)的规定进
行交换。
