搞了咖啡机回来，才意识到，这是一项漫长细腻功夫的开始。
首先，咖啡出口到托盘的距离很短，手头的咖啡杯都塞不进去，扁咖啡杯屡次搬家都送人了。尝试临时用个扁的碗凑合，再转到杯子里，可惜咖啡出的脂（crema) 都挂在了碗里。或者把 froth 好的奶倒进碗里，又可惜了奶的泡沫。现在是拿个碗在喝咖啡，颇有大碗茶的架势。看来不得不再买一套扁咖啡杯。咖啡杯要预热，注了咖啡后，那就是滚烫啊，还得老老实实配上碟子。而咖啡杯太小，家里的勺子都太大，看来不得不配小咖啡勺。
然后，尝试做各种咖啡饮料。最容易的是 latte macchiato，google 了一下，俺第一次做的最像这个样子：
长玻璃杯是现成的，可惜没有相配的长柄勺。。。我家的勺子太短，一扔进去就淹没在了牛奶泡沫里面。而且，还是没搞明白糖是怎么加的。先加糖在 froth，则糖沉在下面；反过来呢，则糖都粘在了泡沫上。哪位指教一下？

我不爱喝咖啡，也没喝过espresso 做出来的东西。
就记得以前玩SIMS游戏，espresso卖得很贵，好像是最贵的厨房配件。但，有点儿钱了

nespresso那个要用胶囊，重复使用的不锈钢胶囊要另外加20左右
认真喝咖啡的一般不整这些花里胡哨的，最多打个froth milk，这些机器都能干
我就直接喝black了，有时候加点酒
其实咖啡机都是次要的，我现在的经验，最重要的是grinder，一定要burr mill，不要
便宜的blade，那样粉才均匀，ground coffee的香气没法跟现磨的比。在家里我都改用

都出现在 starbucks.
espresso 根本就不苦，好的 espresso 的标准是甘甜的有一层自然的 crema, 没有酸
苦。再说 espresso 咖啡打磨出来的粉末一般是比一般的咖啡要粗的，太细了会 over
extract, 就苦了。
能呛人的 espresso？ 呵呵，喝的难道是土耳其方法调制的咖啡？正常情况下
espresso 不会带出咖啡渣的。
