agree. powerful explosive moves is definitely at top tier of atheleticsm/
fitness.
it but requires much higher level techniques and adequate level of max
strength to hold proper posture, also harder to manage the training intensity. which means high level of risk of injury.
because with ballistic move, even a medium meight during slow move can often
create 1RM situation for a person during fast move.

我只找到这个, 但是还是看不太明白。
比如:

fflus() just sends the data to OS buffer, as white(), it does not touch
phisical hard disk.
as wien suggested, some systems are doing background fsync at about 30
sec frequency, if you feel you can't afford 30 second data lost, you
at do a fsync every 10, or 5 or 1 seconds. adjust the intervals to find
the best frquency.
BTW, are you worring about application crash or OS crash, IIRC, the data
in OS buffer will not lost even if your application crashed.

to simplify my question:
If you plot the output noise current power spectre, the corner frquency is
much higher than that of the equivalent input noise voltage power spectre.
why is that?

That's the point.
One student from Berkely simulate output noise using our model and complain
the "noise corner frquency"(where the slop turn to flat) is too high.
I believe he mistaked the input noise corner (KHz) with the output noise
spectrum.
He/She should simulate input refeerd noise, where you set Vd as noise source
and prob the noise at G. I want to confirm that.
