们以前用的。wt和有neo的蛋白量差很多，表型也有影响。可能是因为rna长度变了影响
了剪切。
FRT的影响不知道。

target gene的表达，如果你直接breed het to het， 理论上可以得到 whole body KO
，当然你需要检测protein level以确认。如果你想要得到conditional KO, 就必须先
和flp的老鼠交配，去掉两个FRT之间的部分，得到的就是一个正常的flox老鼠，这时候
再和不同的cre交配就可以得到conditional KO。这种方法可以更快的得到whole body
KO，因为给你的就相当于Het了。 |
