If there are only four numbers in the PLU, this means that the produce was
grown conventionally or “traditionally” with the use of pesticides. The

当时就崩溃了，直接在那里哭得很惨。
因为我一直觉得我数据很好，就那一次有些高。我实在不明白，我各个方面都按照他们
的要求去做，为什么他们还是要上药？我老公也很生气，和他们争辩了起来。（如果我
血糖数值一直很高我确实应该上药，可是我血糖指数并不高）。后来他们看我这状态，
说让我再观察一下，说不行再上药。

time to eat fruit. Smoothie or smoothie pop is a good way to ensure they

Cherries
We continue with a beautiful crop of Bing and white Rainier cherries for u-
picking at 2111 Concord Ave. Brentwood, CA Zip 94513 (HT#23). This
location will continue to remain open daily until we run out of fruit.
Our parking lot is in the rear. Please drive slowly to minimize dust on
your fruit.
