首先，我们曾经办过NIW，虽然那个时候是请的律师，但是那么一圈收集材料，改推荐
信下来，也大致比较了解了律师可以帮忙干什么，自己可以大概干什么。对比下来，个
人感觉，好律师可以给个好模版，但是鉴于非perm based的case，其实大多数还是自己

ｃｌａｉｍ，只claim 了contribution, authorship and review, 我有近60篇８个杂
志的ｒｅｖｉｅｗ。都是领域内较好的杂志。
推荐信５封，四封独立。

之后没有任何update, 等到一月份，实在等不下去了，ｐｐ了，签收是一月四日，之后

背景一般。去年交了140以后还跳槽一次，事实证明跳槽对
EB1A没有影响。等待中也几次不耐烦想要PP，但是律师
不赞成。本人天性比较laid back，特别不喜欢象考试或者有deadline的
一类事情。所以一想到PP以后有可能会被REF，然后有什么30天
deadline ，就觉得非常头疼。所以最后还是决定等了。结果等来了
不错的结果。当然PP也不一定会有REF，但是一想到这个可能的REF
就让人心烦。
文章有6篇，有一篇发在很牛的杂志，其他的都不入流。
然后这一篇好杂志的文章被引用了超过一百次，也被很多媒体报导了。
无review。claim 了 contribution, publication 和 media report.
基本上整个申请都是围绕那篇比较牛的文章在论述，所以感觉
只要有一项特别强的就能通过。
本人是找这里有人推荐过的fsa2000 做的。一开始也很犹豫是
请人做还是自己DIY。其实DIY也能做，就是太花时间了。我的想法是
花一周的工资省下几个月的休息时间是值得的。上班已经很累了，

Superant,laoda and many others gave very useful suggestions. My lesson is that you should be responsible for your case and don't rely too much on lawyer or HR. Also, FSA2000 on wenxuecity immigration board helped me a lot during preparing for RFE. He prepared the RFE letter based on my draft. He is quite patient and very respons |
