course, you can transfer MNI coordinates to talairach and vise versa.
There are plenty of softwares , e.g., FreeSurfer (FSL), SPM, Brainvoyager
and AFNI. However, you need to confirm that they use linear or non-linear
transform. |

布。有点外交知识的人都知道，按国际惯例，互不侵犯条约实际上是互不
干涉的大撤把条约，除了互不侵犯之外，典型的条文是：如果一方签字国
与第三国发生军事冲突，另一方签字国承诺不以任何形式资助该第三国。
以朝鲜与韩国、日本之对立，以美国与这两国军事联系之紧密，即使换了
克林顿，都不可能在目前的状况下与朝鲜签订互不侵犯条约，何况现在当
权的是小布什。美国至多只会作出非条约形式的某种承诺。 |
