在美国不能贿赂政府官员，要直接贿赂政府。然后政府说你支持市政建设，给你好处来
报答。。。
但是呢，贿赂政府得贿赂到点子上，得有政府的熟人提点你，告诉你政府现在想要什么，所以还是得
networking比较大，有关系。
比如咱要盖个高楼，按照当地规划，FSR盖不了那么高。如果你认识政府管市政的人，就能得到点内幕消
息。比如他会知道指政府有意在周边拓宽道路，你可以主动提出来让出一条地给政府修人行道，政府觉
得你大好人呀，给你高点容积率多盖两层吧。。。
或者政府有意在那个区修个公共图书馆，经提点后，你说我把我大楼底层就盖个图书馆，给大家用。市
政府高兴啊，FSR就会上加，报答你对市民的贡献。
这个对谁都是win win。 |

时候的爱好，花了$4600多装了一台customized的Specialized Stumpjumper FSR，没记
错的话一共骑了不到10次，最后一次骑是1年半之前...
其实真的好Bike不管是mountain还是road基本都是$5000起了。 |

从BikesDirect买辆$300~500的Mountain Bike, 被牛人同事们坚决劝阻,再看了辆08
Specilized Rockhopper , 再被劝阻. (他们都是骑了N 年的了, 有Stumpjumper FSR,
, 还有骑Ellez Comp, Ellez Elite, 有一牛人是Moots 定做的车听说是5000+)
最后花了75刀买了辆二手的N年老的Mongoose, Cycamore. 没有suspension. Shimano
Acera 的前后derailleur, steel frame. 最后牛银首肯, 这车对你还比较合适. 汗...
看来偶就值这么多 ^_^
昨天第一骑, 来回半个多小时. 累得够呛. 单程1.8迈, 爬升500尺. |

I am using simulation to estimate the swaption value.
I have 500 unique paths of short rate over the next 10 years.
I am trying to use the Black model the valuate the 1 year into 1 year
european option.
In order to use the Black model, I need to figure out the Forward swap rate
volatility.
For each path, The forward swap rate can be backed from FSR(1, 2) = D(0, 1)
- D(0, 2)/Annuity(0, 1, 2).
Since I have short rate for time1, time2, so I can easily get the D(0,1)=EXP

班牙公债销售皆有助於市场表现，美股一甩昨天的疲态，开盘上扬大涨2%。
道琼工业指数盘中上涨269.96点，来到12036.15点，涨幅2.31%。那斯达克指数上涨70.
53点，来到2593.70点，涨幅2.80%。S&P 500上涨29.47点，来到1234.82点，涨幅2.45%

美国商务部周二公布，11月新屋开工成长9.3%，经季节性调整後年率为68.5万户，为
2010年四月以来最高。
