花姥姥慷慨，我也把以前写的个体会拿出来骗个包子。因为自己在试着剧本创作，所以
对人物塑造特别在意。

Fincher导演确实是个讲故事的高手。我也无需废话：我是一口气看完的。以说话开头
能让我不离位的，除了Patton就这个了。好在除了开头intense的对话，后面没有拍成
话剧。导演v5。
Fincher用了一个工整得类似双引号的形式探讨了Zuckerberg究竟是不是A-hole的问题
。开头的女友说他是，结尾的见习律师说他不是。中间穿插两件诉讼加以论证他究竟是
不是，这一下就把一个cliché的IT新贵的发家史转化为对人物的关注了... 阅读全帖 |

最后都见
到其中一个叫steve 的白人co－funder。。拽的不行用鼻孔看人，问我在career 中有
啥值得自豪的achievement。。估
计我答得太谦虚了。。整个过程他就哼哼了几下。。然后板个臭脸把我送出去了。。一
周据了也没说原因。。就感觉里面的人自负的不行。。福利还是很好的就是free lunch

如果看好，又愿意赌，可以去啊。
不过说句题外话，即使数量和CO FOUNDER一样，拿到的股票也是不同的。
CO-FOUNDER拿的是PREFERED SHARE，你是COMMON SHARE。
如果公司最后贱卖了，基本COMMON SHARE就变废纸。如果已经兑了交了税，就更惨。
如果LZ很在意钱，还是点出来好一些。。 |

funder还有RD manager聊了几分钟以后要做的东西。回来后第二天HR给我邮件让我给她
one more reference。 一开始她没联系上reference还给我写信让我的reference联系
她ASAP。一切感觉还好。东西也是我想做的。这是上周五的事了。
问题是我收到另一个offer，必须要做决定了，已经不能在拖了。这公司都让下周一开
始工作了。我等到周一下午，给HR写了封信说了一下现在面临的情况，希望她能及时告
诉我update。 她过了３个小时回信说谢谢我告诉她这个情况，will let you know
soon。因为她需要问CTO的意见。
现在又一天过去了，没有任何消息。我是直接告诉第一家接受呢还是继续在等等？ |

试看。 weebly 适合小business建网上名片。 比较serious的business还是选你行业
的专业建站公司比较好。 我正式的公司还是用专业IT公司的。 weebly上主要是几个
side project.
另外既然你们team里有IT guy, 还是让IT guy 来负责这些比较好。 你如果像带三岁小
孩一样来带底下的员工， 会制造很多问题出来的。 而且公司不适合有太多co
funder. 对公司没用的还是提早清。 做生意大家都不出本钱也是大问题。
公司还有那么多问题的时候不用着急网站。 先用个weebly免费的好了。 网站调试都要
好几个月的。 到时候再转pro版的。

么大的摊子真不算多，随便找几个有钱的Hedge Funder就能够完成融资。听说Ackman曾
经主动提出愿意出些钱继续投资JCP被婉拒了。 有一点是肯定的，愿意投资给JCP的人
一定了解目前JCP的财务状况和现金流，只要JCP能够解决这个问题，一定说明其还没有
到不可救药的地步，就这一点会吸引大量买盘。 Soros等大机构的投资人虽然并不在乎
几百M的钱，但一定会在关键时候帮忙让JCP度过难关。说穿了，JCP目前可能是最困难
的时候，这关能过得了，接下去一定苦尽甘来。 百货业没有太大的Trick，大家玩得手
段都差不多，JCP毕竟是一个老字号，这一点是个大优势。 综上所述，我目前还是对于

founders是15-30%，10%是所有employee，其他都是几轮funding下来被VC拿走了。

CTO )and some early stage engineers who build the products are indian
engineers. But there are also plenty of Chinese engineers there. I do not
think 80% are indian engineers. The indian engineers there are pretty
decent and nice to work with. With the company expanding, hope more Chinese
engineers join the company and enter the big data platform world. |
