(1) Roof needs to be replaced within 3-5 years [currently it is 16 years old

(2) Siding need to be replaced ASAP ----[major issue]
All the others are cheaper ones.
What can I do? Especially for siding, it is wood-decay fungal rot and my
inspector recommends to replace it with hard-wood right away. My inspector said It is L-P Innerseal Siding composite, which had a class action 7, 8 years. That materials were bad.

inflammation, or flaking in the nail nor the cuticle. The entire toenail is
in black (as opposed to yellow or brown) and thickened over months. I saw
my doctor months ago when the black/darkened spot was not so big and the

闪电能做的，fungal都能。闪电不能的，fungal也能（反隐，定身）。 唯一的优势就
是比理论上比fungal多3０点伤害，而实际上是个人都会躲一下，实际伤害未必比
fungal多。。。
再跟EMP比，效果差得更远了，就没心情多说了。。。。

，二是有白蚁。inspection的人说要花大概5000块钱来修。不知道这个房子值得买吗？

总体而言，今年SCI收录的期刊大幅增加，以我所熟悉的动物学领域而言，期刊数
由127个增加到145个，相似的，环境学领域也由180个增加到192个。这或许是个好消息
，至少在目前的评价机制下，我们有更多的期刊可以进行筛选。
至于影响因子，动物学总体而言变化不大，Journal of Zoology, Journal of
Wildlife Management等均有小幅上升，而Journal of Mammalogy则小幅下降。与行为
相关的动物学期刊整体而言也略微下降，比如Ethology，Behavioral Ecology，
Behavioral ecology and Sociobiology等，不过在动物学领域仍旧是领先的期刊。值
得欣喜的是，动物所作为秘书机构的国际动物学会会刊Integrative Zoology首次进入
JCR即表现不凡，影响因子达到了1，相信其前景会更加光明。不过动物学报Current
Zoology此次并未进入JCR，明年应该会有影响因子，应该也不会太差。
鸟类学领域，IBIS继续稳居老二，看来AUK有点落伍了。

layers on foot well. vinegar is a solution. if it doesn't work, go to see a
doctor to confirm it's fungal infection. then have oral antifungals. |

5月份第一轮开的时候。
7月份第二轮开的时候。
第一轮开败之后，rose的新芽长了powdery mildew. 这张照片里能看到有的叶子上有白
毛。去home depot买了anti-fungal的药，目前喷完药之后能控制住。但是每隔7-10天
就要喷一次。
刚搬回家的那天，只有几个小花苞。
再放几张。
另外一盆，party hardy, 去年搬回家的。这盆花今年得了black spot，虽然喷了药，
叶子还是迅速发黄衰落掉了，只有新长出来的叶子幸免于难。这盆花没有去年刚买回来
开的旺。
上张去年的party hardy对比一下。
发现玫瑰能得的病全被我碰上了，powdery mildew, black spot, 蚜虫。每周都在喷药
，不是虫药，就是fungal药。
最后附送一个, spiderwort. 不用管它，每年都开的不错。 |

一段时间的人基本都会得上，每个人反应有轻有重，有的根本察觉不出来，有的就得去
医院了。
不过咳血还是应该警惕，去医院查查吧，确保有保险再去。医院会详细检查各种情况排
除可能病因的，比如fungal infection,也有可能是肺结核，或者肺部感染啥的，或者

1. Immunosuppressed patients are vulnerable to fungus infection. When
headache is present, CNS infection should be considered, besides the
leptomeningeal carcinomatosis.
2. CSF neg does not necessorily R/O CNS infection.
3. CNS Mucor most likely comes from invasion of sinus mucor infection
directly. If that was the case, you might consult ENT instead of NSG. If
sinus mucor can be comfirmed, treat the sinusitis aggressively instead of
encephalitis.

- PNA: determine type (CAP, HCAP, or HAP) and start appropriate abx regimen;
r/o COPD exac
- DM with chronic infections: r/o bone infection, check for osteo (imaging,
XR); start vanco; inherently immunosuppressed; think of fungal infxn's too
