车库房顶的一个小脚漏水，木头被live decaying fungi毁坏，大概3x3ft要换。
车库地下有一个白蚁到过的痕迹，wdo inspector说是白蚁来了后，打算繁殖，但是由
于车库时水泥地，没有成功，就跑了。不需要打药。
两个问题
（1）大家觉得这个房子要不要？
（2）如果要了，将来我resell的时候要把这个报告的结果写到seller disclosure吗？ |

P. acnes is part of the normal flora on adult skins. it rarely causes deep
tissue infection in people with normal immune system, and it can be easily
detected by regular culture. one time (+) on culture usually means
contamination of the sampling process. if it is repeatedly seen on culture,

都是让很倔的老妈给逼出来的。。。
老爸在院子里发现了几株蘑菇，采了回来。老俩口高兴得很，说是什么斗鸡公，就是西
南一带的“鸡棕菌”。俺下班回来高高兴兴地给俺讲，看这架势好像要做给全家人吃，
俺自然是劈头盖脸地驳过去。最后俺给抢过来丢垃圾桶去了。后来俺和领导带姐弟俩去
洗澡睡觉，下楼来，发现老俩口已经把那蘑菇给做蛋花汤给吃掉了，气得俺发抖！最可
气的是，老妈还信誓旦旦地说，至少有80%的把握就是斗鸡公。俺的mamami呀，才80%。

后有无数蘑菇，蘑菇要雨后一两天内去采，时间再长些就都烂了或者干了。现在这个时
候最多的应该是那种大白苦蘑菇，需要用盐水浸泡多天去掉苦味，然后可以象腌咸菜一
样地腌上长期保存。松林里面还有很多长得貌似扫把的白蘑菇（英文叫coral fungi)，
味道也非常好。
警告：切忌不要乱采自己不100%确信认识的蘑菇，就算是认识的蘑菇也一定要反复确认
，宁可扔掉一千也不可乱采一个貌似相识。 |
