fuqi现在已经没有讨论价值了，如果你hold fuqi 的成本价在20附近，那么无论你如何
AD，这已经是一场输局了，因为一天的跌幅超过40%？而且是TA无法predict的，因为如
果你分析fuqi大跌前的TA，图形很好看，可这种TA有意义么？FA一出来，一天掉了40%？反而倒是这个时候应该用TA了，但是直觉告诉我TA再好或是再坏我也不会去long 或 short这支股，there is always easier way to make money.
如果你重仓的成本是20附近，那么你AD到双倍或是三倍，何必呢？其实你已经输了，因为你的资金会被套多久？不好说。如果你这些钱没有买fuqi而是买了bidu的call，还有讨论的意义么？（ps不是让你现在去买bidu的call）
如果你是在高点32进的fuqi，那我只能说，你是杯具，惨烈程度不亚于08年的A股，如果你在32重仓了fuqi，那我只能建议你以后不要再炒股了，直接去LV玩大小点吧，因为这种FA看不懂的股票，长线，重仓就是自杀。

不让人惊叹： 急速的抬升， 紧接着新股发行， 股票继续上行但明显无力， 接着出现
问题财报。 手法之相似， 时段之吻合， 不得不让人怀疑这是某些fund得惯用手法，
甚至就是同一般人在做鬼。
让我们回顾一下fuqi的形迹。 （图一，fuqi周线图）07年10月ipo自后fuqi基本默默无
闻， 09年初随大市跌到3.31。 之后随大市得恢复回到5。 不寻常的是沉睡了三周后突
然急速放量上升， 不喘气不间歇的连涨8周， 涨幅高达300％。 大多数人都是这个时
候才听说FUQI这个名字。前两天有ID说在4月份买了$5的FUQI， 如果不是嘴上跑火车，
我很怀疑是和fund有牵连的。 这个运气比撞彩还小。 当时很多人在版上问能不能跟
。 我的回答是“A股庄家来试水了”为此歪勃还给了个包子。 这个涨的太奇怪了。 当
然现在看来是顺理成章。 为了马上要来的新股发行。 follow up offer 在7月份按当
时的市场价23.53 他们成功把新股给推出了。 尽入111M. 要知道FUQI的首发才10M

去年我生日(2/24)$5买进FUQI， 原本想持有几年， 但是股价在三个月里长到$20。不
得不出手， 然后把钱分三分购买C， HIG， AYR
FUQI现在预期的revenue没有本质变化， 但是每股营利减少一半。 其可能原因如下：
1.公司增发新股，冲淡earning per share
2.公司成本增加, 可能因为金价上涨， 超过公司最佳营利成本，就像前年的高油价反
而成了炼油业的负担

like someone here boasting buying FUQI at $5, most ppl on this board didn't
know what FUQI is until it broke about $12 and rise sharply to about $15.
and the trading was very choppy after. not a easy one to trade. |

I never bought Palm.
I just bought ASTI, although it has been on my solar list for 1.5 years.
I bought Fsys at $26 - $28. I sold for a good profit.
Now I have 5000 shares of Fuqi (cost is about $10.7x), and ready to play
this one recently.

I know it can be saved by an idea/product/IT that I know,

跟LDK太像了，我说的像是指股民被忽悠和为其辩护的哪些理由，比如说怎么怎么有前
途，创始人占的股份很大，所以股价不会大跌的，增发的价格是多少多少，机构也不是
傻子，等等，等等，以及假帐风波，股价被拉高和抛弃的轨迹。都很像。
LDK有没有辉煌过呢？有。会不会再次辉煌呢？Nobody knows,如果你靠炒LDK发过财，
恭喜你。对一般心脏不好的，我的建议是：惹不起你还躲的起，＂机会＂，就像青春，
有一部分是拿来浪费的。 |

帐也不要按时做得了。慢慢等NASDAQ把牌除了，这样到OTC上去更好

他不还有别的生意吗？慢慢把这个公司的资产转到别的公司去（还有1个多亿美金啊）
