claim exemption 了吗?
其实正确的做法是这5000只针对于1040NR 的filer, 而1040 filer是不存在这个问题的.
仔细看1040, 你会发现任何amount between line7-line22, 都只会增加你的taxable
income 而不是减少.
最近大家在讨论所谓的treaty, 很多都是理解的误区,我们accountant不会在non-
resident or resident 上纠缠太多,我们关心的是你到底应该file 1040NR or 1040,
然后再决定strategy 来帮大家省税.

have finished four projects, including building out a new site for the
company. I am doing network security work. This is tough place. Everybody in
the team, including the Manager, fighted between each other. Team leader
complained the manager to HR.....
Could someone advise what I should do now? Sign the paperwork or not? Go to
HR to explain furhter?

比如, SNG, final two HU and even chips. I was at BTN and had AJs. The
opponent 2X. I 3X on top. The opponent furhter 2X on top of that. It is
almost all in to him (I covered him slightly). I did not think a second and
just put him all in. And he turned out to have AA.
