As much as I know.. House price has bottomed out in Calgary.. The price has
picked up and make even with 2008 level before the great recession. and even
a little higher.
New construction site is everywhere. City of Calgary is speeding up to
expand the city limit.
The price is really high in Calgary because of oil sands business. It will
be good for at least 20 years or so....Edmonton, won't be bad, it will catch
up with Calgary.

waves of refinance. All valuation is relative to then long term investments,
for example treasury, as we have seen 2% today... besides most banks don't
hold mortgages in their portfolio. Don't worry. Banks know how to take care
