示，长期使用清洁剂会对女性的肺功能造成满性损伤，而男性在这方面则不会受影响。
据报道，这项研究成果涉及 6235 人，其中 53% 为女性，这部分女性中，超 8 成需要
承担家务，而男性则不到一半，研究时间长达 20 年。研究发现，经常做家务的女性，
相较于不怎么做家务的女性，其肺功能下降了 20% 以上。这个损伤堪比 20 年烟龄的
损害。而男性则不会有这种情况。
在分析了参与实验的人的肺功能数据之后，研究者得出了以下结论:不打扫卫生的女性
，每年 FEV1 下降 18.5ml，经常做家务的女性则下降了 22.1ml，以清洁为职业的女性
更是下降 22.4ml;FVC 方面，每年下降的上述三种情况的女性依次为 8.8ml、13.1ml、
15.9ml。
从上述数据可以看出，大扫卫生让女性的肺功能 FEV1 每年多下降了 3.9ml，FVC 多下
降了 7.1ml。作为对比的是，烟龄 20 年并且每天抽一包烟的人与不抽烟的人相比，每
年 FEV1 多下降 6.1ml，FVC 多下降 8.9ml。

发帖数: 144 | 3 偶过去半个月里时常咳嗽几声，感觉有痰，早上特别明显，有时觉得呼吸不舒服（有点憋闷的那种，不过这里最近很热）。没记得感冒过。前几天去医院看了一下医生，做pulmonary function test，先
做一次，然后吸一种药，然后再测一次，所有结果都无改变。
只有一个结果不正常，FEF，forced expiratory flow只有70%多。
其余各正常结果是：
FVC 157%
FEV1 156%
FEV1/FVC 99%
PEFR 91%
计算机报告自动生成的解释是，possible early obstructive pulmonary impairment
。（看起来很吓人。。。我大致google了一下，似乎多是有毒物质导致的肺损坏）
医生给开了抗生素和一种镇咳的药，说如果好了就不用X光了，如果不好再回去拍片。
觉得心理不踏实呢。。。偶的工作不接触任何有毒物质，无家庭肺病史，从不吸烟。。。最近一次
咳嗽也是04年了，感冒后，冬天，半个多月，痰浓，吃了阵子抗生素好的。这种吹气测试过去从
没做过。
哪位达人提供一下看法？有些怕怕。感激不尽！！ |

FEV1/FVC是多少？
还要看那个吸气呼气的loop图是什么样的。
Any night time awakening, wheezing, SOB, chest tightness, any trigger,体检发
现了些啥？
Chronic cough work up起来是比较费事的。但是基本上大部分是由rhinitis/
postnatal drip,asthma(asthma也可以有种asthma叫cough variant asthma), GERD引
起来的。
你要是信不过你的医生，你就让他refer你去看pulmonary or allergy doctor吧。俺也
给不了你啥建议了。也没法给，因为你不是我的门诊病人，不了解你的情况，而且没有
医患bond的义务在里面，不能误导。 |

Let me give you an example why I do not think patient should seek medical
advice here.
A patient's post on online forum: I have allergies, nose congestion, always
got sinus infection, headache, but no wheezing now, and currently i am on
Dulera and albuterol. what should I do.

i wouldn't worry too much about, your FEV1/FVC is 99%, so i don't think
there is any obstructive issue here, FEV 25-75% is a fine parameter looking
into patients with obstructive disease how severe there small airway
obstruction is, it's calculated from a formula that takes into account of
your height and age, i don't remember exactly how the formula is, but i
think depends on whether you are white, hispanic, or black t |

chest x-ray could be normal in patient with asthma, even in acute
exacerbation phase, so she needs a pulmonary function test with post
bronchiodilator response, looking for FEV1/FVC ratio and any improvement
post bronchiodilator use,
one thing to remember is that chronic aspiration and acid reflux would
worsen asthma,
i don't think there is any drugs here that they don't have back in china,
the newer combination inhaler is symbicort, i don't have much expereince
with it and not sure if it's sup |

发帖数: 433 | 10 severe asthma 症状和COPD很像的，所以不要瞎猜。一般COPD是老年病，也不像Asthma
那样时好时坏，好的时候和正常人/毛一样。临床诊断是用了支气管扩张药后FEV1/FVC
仍旧小于0.7 (不知道是否适用于咪)，当然还有其它辅助诊断的标准。不过治疗用药两
种病都差不多。
我也不知道为啥流口水，不过Albuterol(beta2-agonist)一般还是挺安全的药。要不和
你的Vet讨论下能不能用另外一个药Ipratropium,这也是个支气管扩张药，而且针对COPD兼治
asthma,但是药理上
不同(anticholinergics),这药的side effect有一条就是口水少。Boehringer
Ingelheim出的Combivent就是Albuterol和Ipratropium的合剂。
Therapeutic window就是有效用药的区间，用少了没疗效，用多就overdose。大多数
corticosteroid的肺部给药都suffer这个窄区间。
给药方式应该行的，一般喷完Fluticasone要漱漱口，或许咪不会漱口，就只好流哈喇子解决
了。

医生说COPD在cat里及其少见。基本可以排除。
今天回家的时候，小黑非常stable。。。
我几乎想cancel appointment了。
幸亏没有cancel。。。
去医院的路上，小黑除了流了些口水，也没啥。
医生看了看，准备暂停喷喷，上抗生素（具体什么原因我也没听懂）
三天之内体重降了10%，医生要hand feed，外加输液
几乎就这样准备要放我和小黑回家的。。。
我灵机一动给医生看了昨晚流口水和大喘气的视频。。。
幸亏灵机一动了。。。
看完以后医生变的比较激动。。。说怀疑更大的问题。强烈建议再拍个x ray。
周六和今晚的片子一对比。。。比出很多问题。
发现了一个collapse的肺叶，最小的那个。
星期六拍片子还是5% collapse，今天已经缩的比一半还要小。
其他的肺叶也不容乐观，也有局部的collapse。
还有很多“谬卡斯”build up，不懂什么叫“谬卡斯”。。。
胃和肠子都因为用嘴大喘气而变得气鼓鼓的。。。
一千刀留医院的氧气房了。。。
小黑就会挑长周末生病。
上次是memorial day这次是感恩节。。。
每次一千刀。啧啧。。。

其实，生理年龄的大小才是你真正的实际年龄。你活了多久（身体机能的活跃程度）
与你的生理年龄在意义上并不相同。你一出生，医院就会登记出生证明，标注你的
姓名、双亲与出生日期。许多人认为日期决定了他们的年龄。其实，这个数字只能
告知你活了多久，并不能成为衡量你健康善的工具，当然更无法告诉你体内细胞与
器官已损坏了多少。
所以，在医疗的依据上，与其根据你的出生日期来判断纸面年龄并开治疗处方，倒不如
让专业的医生以你个人真正的生理年龄作为依据更为确切。例如，一位20岁的年轻人可
能因患病或是受伤，使生理年龄达到50岁；而一位精力旺盛的50岁中年人，在测试后却

中遇到的问题写出来，希望和我一样在申请的朋友们有点受益。
1，PREMED education 部分，要选没有PREMED education，不能空着，然后打个电话，
让工作人员填上原因.
2，Chronology of Activities section：除了PHD and PostDoc，我有几年的GAP，填
的，Relocation，study for exam，还不知能否通过，但好像这部分不经过认证的。
3，要把所有的东西填好，Clear all the error message. 交了钱，然后等assign to
a
analyst。否则寄的材料总也不给上传，我傻傻等了好久。
德州执照还没开始，想等FVCS搞好在弄。另外，我想建立一个FCVS and texas medical
license Group，SKYPE 或者

FCVS从ECFMG那里得到的medical school verification form说是少填了一个时间，所
以FVCS去信给学校，可是十几天了没回信---眼看学校就放假了，着急。
我以前记得办ECFMG认证的时候，本来还请人帮忙来着，可是后来发现有国外来的信，
直接就被从收发室转到了一个地方了，根本用不上有人帮忙。那个地方专门办这些国外
来的认证什么的，回信也很快。
可是我现在忘记了那个地方叫什么了--留学人员管理中心？外事办？
我在网上只查到了教务处的电话，他们不管这个事儿吧？考古了一下这个版，说是档案
馆的贾老师--我觉得大概不是我以前的那个地方。 |
