悉，以前跟国内合作，只要对方单位提供一个IRB approval材料就行了，不知道这个
Federal Wide Assurance (FWA)是怎么一回事？是不是一个类似资助认证的东西啊？多

本人背景：
国内城市景观设计硕士毕业
目前Baruch里重新读了一个accounting本科，（英语底子不好，所以来美国之后重头再
来）
Full time Junior, GPA:4.0
口语还行
campus非常活跃，加入了很多组织 FWA, BAP, ALPFA, ASCEND...有leadership职位
已婚，有一个2岁半的儿子
平时在一个老美公司part-time当junior accountant
自己还有一个4钻的淘宝店
EY是我梦想的公司，不过真的不知道能不能make it happen,也不知道人家嫌不嫌我年
纪大，反正尽最大努力吧，拿到这个interview我觉得真的费了九牛二虎之力。本以为
DT一面是铁定能拿到，结果没有，伤心了老半天。
