家里用CABLE， 连上PAP2V2 , 一切顺利，没有做PORT FWDING ， 完全正常，可是拿到
朋友家，ATT的DSL， uverse 什么的，却只能打出，打进来只响铃，拿起来却没有声音
，而用来拨打这个PAP2v2 的手机里，这时候也仍然响铃，没有显示接通。已经作了
PROT FWDING也没用。
在朋友家里，换上OBI110 就没问题，能顺利打出打入。
我想一定是什么参数每设置对。哪位又经验？

conference/journal paper request platform, not via email fwding.
Are such reviews good ? I worry what if the officer observed that most
requests are from my advisors.
