the 9K EB2 I/C got in FY09 won't be available. EB3 to EB2, both I and ROW,
probably will be the same. So that's another 6K to 10K adding to the
demand. Unless something dramatic happens, I just don't see cutoff date
will move beyond 1/1/2007 by the end of FY11.

FY08-12的PERM水平基本一致
1.其中FY10显示稍多 是因为处理时间加快,处理了18个月的申请

EB3ROW inventory 应该保持基本一致的水平
如果除掉Audit 的case, FY09-12 实际EB3ROW数量应该更低

EB2C getting GC 12 months earlier could happen? Assume all inventory before
May 2006 is clear by the end of FY09.
If you think DOS is smart enough that they will not allocate all spillover
all at one, why do you think they are not smart enough to consider the
porting from EB3 to EB2? If they do consider it, do it make any difference? |

发帖数: 2459 | 35 09年PERM的申请批件时间平均是8-10个月左右.不用看数据, 就知道FY09交的PERM很多
都是FY10批的.DOL的数据已经支持了.PERM按年批准统计的数据没太大用.
10年下半年左右开始,PERM的批件才开始提速.
关于demand destruction:
(1)09年经济对ICC的冲击;
(2)H1B renew. Grassley的作用,很多ICC的H1B延期被搞死,因为USCIS需要client
letter.Trackitt上很多烙印为次在呻印...
(3)USCIS关于烙引EB3I-2I porting的"3"年学位遏制,也是有利于EB2C的.
(4)至于G的打假,H1B回乡返签被搞, 应该是毛毛雨了. |

以下是美国政府官方网站的数据，少有不同，不过民主大国护照拒签率还是中国护照的
一倍。
