，史密西在亚利桑那州行政赦免委员会(Arizona Board of Executive Clemency)批准
下获得假释，次日从位于佩里维尔(Perryville)的亚利桑那州州立监狱刑满释放，出狱
时她拄着拐杖。
据悉，1963年的元旦，年仅20岁的史密西因谋杀一名她一直照顾的、名叫森迪・
格布瑞克(Gerberick)的15个月大的女婴，被判谋杀罪名成立而入狱。当时她被判无期
徒刑，而且不允许被假释。

国际能源机构(IEA)表示，伊拉克已将石油日产量提高到近十年来的最高水平，在半年
内提高了35万桶，达到每日268万桶。
因数十年战争和投资不足而严重受损的伊拉克油气行业，多年来一直是全球石油供给方
面令人担忧的一个因素。然而，就在利比亚石油减产等因素推动布伦特(Brent)原油价
格突破每桶125美元之际，伊拉克从去年8月份以来，已悄然将产量提高了15%。
IEA石油和市场部负责人戴维•费夫(David Fyfe)表示，伊拉克石油产量目前已达
