Limits FY-2017里，也就是每个国家自己一个队。如果超过上限后，就全部排在一起不
看出生在哪个国家了，按照谁排期早谁先拿绿卡，按照目前的排期来看，排期早的都是
印度人，所以全部归他们了。 |

定身份的垫脚石，因而毕业后拿到H1B其实是我们不少华人实现美国梦承前接后的重要
一步。
2013财政年（FY-2013）的H-1B申请已经在四月二日粉墨登场，不少申办和待申办的朋
友会发问：这出大戏能容下多少观众呢？会不会座次马上爆满呢？
H1B名额使和用的进展程度与经济状况是密不可分的。目前职场相对乐观一些，职位空
额加多，需要提供H1B Sponsorship的雇主比以往有所增加，因而H1B名额已然用掉了不
少。截至本月九号，移民局已经接受了17400个普通职位，占全部65000个名额的四分之
一强；同时也接受了8200个高学历外籍人士名额，接近全部20000个名额的一半。
消耗速度如此之快，有四月初名额开始受理而狂抢的因素，但形势不容很乐观，对于需
要H1B名额而且符合申办条件的人士，应该把握好宝贵时机，不走弯路，及时、到位、
准确无误地提交申请。
这里要阐述几个常见的问题，这些问题经常给申请人带来麻烦，甚至导致被移民局拒掉

，當前的建造計劃已經接近90艘！讓我們來看看這個「驅逐艦之王」的現狀吧。
一、總共89艘的下餃子！
在最初建造62艘計劃完成以後。隨著「提康德羅加」的逐步老化，和DDG 1000的數量少
，瀕海戰鬥艦的不中用。
2008年中期，海軍決定重啟伯克的建造工作，逐步增強對陸攻擊能力、BMD反導能力和
編隊指揮能力，變得更為全能，成為美國海軍的基幹力量，成為美國海軍二戰以來規模
最大的一級驅逐艦。
FY 2010-2012年間，新訂了4艘，DDG 113-DDG116；第一艘DDG 113在2016年8月建成，
搭載最新的「宙斯盾」基線9系統，能夠同時與彈道飛彈目標和空中來襲飛機/巡航飛彈
交戰。而且採用CSL通用資源庫，允許第三方開發的模塊快速納入系統，獨立升級改造。

但是我看移民局网站上从来都说65000,没有说超过的，呵呵
收件就统计但是可能receipt晚发出（就是说我提到的积压是伪命题，呵呵）
另外，每年收件可能略为超过实际的quota，看移民局的心情了

计数据，貌似从08年起perm申请人数减少了很多，而且这些数字应该包括了eb2和eb3是

掉这些烙印需要过渡期之后的9年时间，前年7年中国人eb23一张卡也拿不到。
现在即使icc来的人不多了，申请h1b的国籍里印度人还是占了60%以上，因为现在美国
正规公司的hr已经是印度人把持了，他们看见中国人的简历就扔掉，新招的雇员也大多
数是烙印。
最好的证据就是2017FY H1B初次申请的拿卡数量。
印度人从16FY的61.7%涨到了17FY的62.7%，大批美国公司的hr被烙印把持，他们只会招
印度学生，他们只是换了一种方式占据了美国的劳动力市场。
这也是为什么要反对386的原因，386让烙印拿走绿卡名额的60%，那么职场上的中国人
会更加难找到工作。

2012年进入满负荷生产，装备到DDG 91到122。
增加了一个多任务信号处理器MMSP，以同时支持防空作战和反弹道导弹作战。
这个MMSP主要随着“驱逐舰现代化升级”项目更新到老舰，如2015年改造完的DDG 53是
第一艘。
DDG 113以后的新舰则是自带了。
