fynn的观点我也不认同,前面不少分析了(此句修改过)
但也扯不上道德,我觉得还是理解的问题
如果是论文的抄袭剽窃,估计王是再好的一个人,也没人辩护了(除非不知情什么的)
这不是说讲义(或者具有明确版权的教科书)被不恰当的特别是盈利性的利用,问题就不
严重
目前看到的都是一面之辞,这个老李有这讲故事的工夫,真的应该把具体要求明确地提出
来,如果对方不能满足,那么可以上诉,如果最终被认定的不是故事里所描述的这样,他还
得担个损害名誉的责任
这类事情中国现在有很多,不是没有立法的,有的举报人反而败诉,当然希望不完全是因
为司法黑暗,老李不要有什么后顾之忧 |
