intentionally raised by the financing company, it's a good idea to lease it
and then buy it. The reason is simple, when the market says the car is only
worth 55% of its original MSRP, the dealer won't be able to sell it at 60%
anyway, so what you saved? an outright (lease residual - actual residual) *
MSRP. A few years ago, it's really common to see subvented lease deal. I don
't know about now. |

“一般谈车价的时候,dealer都不谈这个”也是正常程序。先看车,再砍价,最后加杂
费。只要不是天价(听说有dealer charged $1299 for doc fee).
Bank fee (acquisition fee) is innevitable for Lease, equivalent to
destination fee in purchase. Normally they varies between 700-900, depending
on what kind of car you get.
以上两个费用以及其他downpay,都可以roll into monthly payment. 理论上讲,up-
front交得越少越好。
另外,Lease到期你不买,就得交disposition fee,300 or slightly above.
楼上说,"挺好的买卖关系最后因为几百块小钱被破坏,只能说隐瞒这个的dealer都不
聪明"。

”,他们的生意一直都是这样做的,没什么稀奇。你自己把握好分寸就行了。
“18个月总花费只是3000多块钱”如果是真的,那自然是再好不过了。
但是“再加1000多的doc fee、bank fee之类的杂费”只是稍稍降低了这个deal的
含金量,但成色依然很不错,对我来讲。
我很难理解因为不愿让利几百块,而错过一辆好车,一个好机会。而且如我之前所说,
可以说服dealer把这些费用全部roll into monthly payment,这样潜在损失小
,而且操作弹性更大。
有些人买车,总是希望把水份榨干,不是绝世好deal就不买。那你买的不是车,你买的
是成就感。
我认为价钱固然重要,但是车好且满足需求是第一位的。为了找deal 而买车的人,你

incentive,但lease只能有$1000,车价立刻有$2000的差别。
另外假如购买并且拥有G sedan 5年的话我查了一下kbb,2007 G sedan裸车 invoice $
28930(infiniti G这种车应该没人砍不到invoice吧?),假如按每年10k mile来算这
车现在good condition的二手价值$19200,这样算下来5年内每天平均花费只是5块多一
天,算上税和各种杂费顶多就6块一天,相当于一个月税后$180左右。这个lease deal
再好你也很难砍到1字头啊,不要说G37了,连最裸的G25也搞不到。
还有infiniti对lease要强行征收$700的bank fee,另外加州这边新车办title政府需要
收300多块钱,再加上假如lease end之后你下辆车不买同品牌车子的话还要收300块的
Disposition Fee,那这跟车子本身无关的将近1400块钱18个月后就彻底打水漂了,这
可不是个小数目。
