as well. Today really is a wework market. All based on fantasy and non gaap
numbers. Remember all gaap stands for is generally accepted accounting
principles, it's not like it's that conservative.

，为什么。。。。。当然这些不一定考，不过要在看书的时候就要想想，尽可能联汇贯
通的理解。到一个地方，尽量想想和总结看过的相关的其他内容。比如你看了
marketale security 的afs， trading，htm，那么当你看bond 的时候，那么这个就是
htm的最好的例子。。。就是这么浅显，要想。
2：作题。我用的是复习资料2010 becker， wiley 2012

第二个图表的统计数据都是GAAP的，就是说包括什么restructuring cost, stock
compensation啊之类的。而流行的分析方式是考虑公司的core business这就要求看NON
-GAAP数据。个人认为有一定道理不过如果一个公司总有这些各种各样的charge的话，
也就给公司运营打了折扣了。
总之，non-gaap数据不错。gaap数据不好但似乎没那么重要。sale g%最下面的是same
quarter last year 的比较（季节性的考虑）

，目前华街完全无视这些。
但baba的revenue没有什么non-gaap还是gaap的问题，只要算到income时候，因为这些
花费，所以分了gaap和non-gaap. baba的topline仍然在大概40%的增长 |

你们就说Q1 2016给的是non-GAAP， Q1 2017给的就是GAAP. 2017 Non-GAAP指的就是
loss per share。
