budget that aims to cut the country’s sky high deficit and put it back on a
path to economic recovery.

前两天实在是太忙太累，没有时间写，现在继续 :-)
这个周末每天早上8点起床，晚上过了12点才到家，做volunteer的时间加起来不到10个
小时，剩下的时间不是在排队，就是在看电影，两天一共看了6个。
先感慨一下吧，多伦多电影节的质量真是一年比一年高了。今年更是大片云集，举几个

这个论题没什么好讲的----这个词的字面意思就说明了一切。这十年来速度已经毫无争
议地成了年轻球员最重要的品质。
个中原因也许是在于各队更趋向于打反击。反击不是个新的发明----最早可以追溯到20
世纪三十年代查普曼（Herbert Chapman）时期的阿森纳。那时有个共识就是球队已经
进攻了太长时间，而把对手吸引出来可以给你的前锋制造可利用的空间。但是现代足球
的本质----技术更出色的球员，对传球来说完美的质朴的球场，和后卫们的恶劣犯规难
于逃脱吃牌----意味着反击已经成为每个欧洲顶尖俱乐部的主要特色，而速度显然在反
击中起到至关重要的作用。
查普曼时期七十年后的阿森纳提供了一个很好的对比。沃尔科特对比拉尔森。谁是更好

来的有Gael Clichy, Scott Sinclair, Steven Jovetic. 不过大牌一个也没见到。
踢足球的，身材比较正常，一米八出头，性格也不张扬，貌似都是挺老实的，和我以前

发帖数: 2249 | 44 脚乱动，偶觉得可能关键的原因是抛球不稳定，导致自己的身体老是去找球。
所以你在家挥空拍没问题，可是在球场真发球就有点乱。
解决办法：
1）练习抛球到自己稳定为止
2）为了防止脚乱动，可以让两只脚靠近甚至并起来（因为一只脚想动结果被另一只脚
挡住了），然后提醒自己抛球后千万别走动。好像Gael Mofils 就是脚并起来发，除了
他之外，偶还见过一个排名一百多的pro和一个college kid这么发
偶以前发球乱动的厉害（被形容成抛球后走几步），被一个教练强制改正过来。 |
