恐怕要上高科技的设备诊断--gait analysis。
鞋里上面做调整一般是针对相对比较专业的人，经常滑的人，不适用于初学者。这
属于一些店的附加服务。好的地方有专业的technician来处理，甚至于也有gait
lab。
正常人两个脚有差别是正常的，看看你自己的鞋的磨损情况就知道了，不用太担心，
不过为了保险起见，可以去大夫那里先检查一下。

我今天去做了个免费的gait 分析，呵呵呵，原来forefoot着地也一样会pronation啥的
，他说我没有pronation，鞋是neutral的，但是右脚有一点太flexible了，原因可能是
IT band那一堆肌肉没有放松，推荐用劲roll啊。
对了，我一脱鞋，他一看我的脚就说，脚丫太宽，这脚买鞋比较悲催，我真想抱着他哭
，说声“知己啊”。拿出一般的鞋垫，长度上还多不少，但是我脚左右都出了鞋垫的宽
度。胖脚比较惨。
推荐大家无论啥着地，都去做做免费的gait analysis，原来是要看落地时候你的腿骨
和地面的角度。我第一次从背后看自己跑步时脚落地的慢镜头，挺有意思的，还有，顺
便从背后看了下小腿，还是蛮细蛮匀称的，臭美心得到满足。 |

orthodox insoles。。。我谢绝了，说不喜欢鞋垫也不喜欢袜子，我来就是蹭你们家的

发帖数: 22800 | 19 一双崭新的155，跑了10迈的样子右边就后跟磨毛了，左边和新的一样，我能不心疼嘛。
我脚跟着地跑了2个星期，膝盖还好，就是脚踝有点难过，有时候都想打退堂鼓了，腿
伤改变了我的gait，不知道会不会伤其他地方，还好，今天总算可以正常gait了，感觉
舒服多了，主要是感觉轻快许多，速度还是加不上去，但是能正常跑我就满意了。膝盖
估计和overstride有关，小步跑，腿着地的时候是微微弯曲的，膝盖应该没有太大感觉。 |

风中的远方和苟且
刚刚接待了一位国内来的80后的访问学者。 尽力做到体贴周到， 虽然明知他和我研
究方向的巨大差异， 会让我损失一些经费和时间。 缘由是很实际的。 对他而言， 他
的单位要求晋升副教授， 至少有6个月以上的出国经历。 对我， 隔着太平洋的老父老
母要感谢他的亲戚的关心， 叮嘱我一定要帮助他成功晋升。
为了让他感到我的热情， 我带他办理各种手续， 也挤出各种话题来填补沉默。 工作
生活， 谈天说地， 先是泛泛而谈， 浅浅的话题没用多久就谈得穷尽了， 无聊了。
大概因为年龄的差距， 他把我视为一个长者， 虽然专业相去甚远， 还是讲出他研究
的一些想法， 说起研究的苦恼， 请我提建议。 他觉得他参与的， 见到的， 听到的
大部分课题， 都没有实际意义， 都是在浪费纳税人的钱。 我沉默了片刻。 我以为这

为了与警方对抗，香港抗议者手持 “观星笔”，发出耀眼的蓝、绿、紫色镭射光线，
他们的另一个目的是希望激光可以让监控摄像系统失灵。
在此之前，抗议者因为担心暴露身份，不仅注意佩戴口罩，坐地铁时宁愿排队以现金购
票，也不愿使用“八达通卡”，以防留下电子痕迹。香港民众捍卫自治权的抗议场面中
的独特景象让许多外国媒体感叹，香港抗议者在向世人展示，在极权威胁下如何保护个
人信息和隐私。
“总的来说，人们不信任香港当局，也担心中国大陆使用的某些技术会被用于香港，”
自由之家高级分析员莎拉·库克（Sarah Cook）对美国之音说：“人们肯定是意识到香
港当局想知道谁参加了抗议、谁在阻止抗议，而这些人可能会遭到报复。”
《纽约时报》、《南华早报》等多家媒体报道说，一些从香港到内地的旅客近日在深圳
口岸入关被检查手机。报道说，海关人员特别关心7月1日、14日、21日这些关键日期的
拍摄照片。这几天是金钟、沙田与上环发生大型抗议活动的日子。

恐同的人對法案的解讀很奇怪。
修訂的法案沒有規定小孩必修同志歷史，
法案只是在現有的反歧視對象列單裡頭增加了LGBT幾個字眼。
要求學校全面介紹men and women，以及少數族裔，同志，其他少數群體，
對加州和對美國的社會推動所作出的貢獻。
以及要求學校不得使用對這些群體的帶有侮辱性字眼的教材，等等。
比如說吧，教材裡頭可能會涉及六零年代的石牆運動始末，
介紹哈維.米爾克這個人物的生平以及他對同志運動的貢獻，
Social Sciences是學校的必修課，
到了恐同家長的眼裡，就成了學習同志歷史是小孩的必修課。
這是典型的偷換概念。
這些內容就算學了，又能把孩子怎麼樣呢？
最多就是正視社會運動歷程有過這樣一些事件和人物，
就像介紹馬丁路德金這個人物是一樣的道理。
恐同最奇怪的言論是一旦有關同志的知識普及了，
同志就要佔領異性戀的世界了，
這要么是無知要么就是愚昧。
荷蘭，加拿大，同志婚姻合法都快十年了，
異性戀世界被佔領了？
同志就要去入侵/傳染/改造異性戀了？
簡直莫名其妙。
