但对今天的人们，也有启示。
比如第一段：
首先有些不知所云，但是很动听，对于基督徒来说。开始的“不同信仰”应该是指基督
教的不同派别，新教，天主教等。然后说我们都是一家的，我们的敌人是，，，引出共
同的敌人，反基督教人士，犹太人，然后有了敌人，就可以统一思想了。
然后就是高呼口号，人民，苦难，信仰，自由，民主，反压迫，等等。语言逻辑有混乱
，因为这是即席发挥的演讲，很难仔细推敲。不过听众也不会仔细思考。
一堆口号，加上一个敌人，把大家引入高潮。

通过对这些报告名单进行统计分析ICM 2014做1小时报告和45钟报告的名单，结果表
明：
ICM2014一小时大会报告共邀请了21位数学家，其中美国10位，法国3位，英国2位，
日本、韩国、瑞士、比利时、加拿大、意大利等国家各1位。
美国10位被邀请做一小时报告的数学家中，有5位是来自俄罗斯和东欧（匈牙利、捷
克）的数学家，目前都在美国一流大学（麻省理工学院、加州大学伯克利分校、普林斯
顿大学等）任职，还有3位分别来自伊朗、法国和英国。有2位在麻省理工学院、加州大
学伯克利分校任教的数学家（Alexei Borodin和Vera Serganova）都毕业于莫斯科大学
。这从一个侧面反映了苏联解体以后，俄罗斯的人才流失非常严重。另外，来自美国本

海王星是从太阳数来第八颗、倒数第二颗行星，也是太阳系第四大行星，轨道半径为
450,400万公里 (30.06AU)；赤道处直径为49,532公里；质量是1.0247x1026公斤。与天王
星比起来，海王星体积较小但质量较大。
在天王星被找到之後，天文学家发现它的公转轨道并未完全符合牛顿定律，因此即预
测在其外必定还有一颗行星重力扰动海王星的公转。过了数十年，终於在1846年9月23日
由 Galle 和 d'Arrest 发现，与 Adams 和 Le Verrier 用木星、土星及天王星的观测数
据计算出来的位置很接近，这个发现曾引起英国与法国的国际争议，或至少是 Adams 和
Le Verrier 二人之间的争议，争议的重点是倒底是谁先定位出这颗新行星并拥有为其命
名的权利。现在他们共享发现海王星的荣耀。後来的观测者发现他们二人计算出的公转速
度都同样比实际情形来得快，因而在数年之前与数年之後是无法以预测位置找到海王星的
