房，浴室精装修， Living room, 两个bedroom采光非常佳而且空间极大。
Eclipse apt地处1725 Crescent Plaza Houston,周边环境幽雅，旁边都是该地区偏好
的apt，Eclipse正对着公园，旁边是restaurant, Kroger,非常方便，距离Galleria
mall只有15分钟的车程。
我选中的房型是C1B plan, 原价是1480刀，不包括每个月的必带APT自带FEE97刀（包括
cable, internet, wash/dry,pest control, trash pick up,）我用了我们公司的
discount降到了只有每个月1312刀，而且包括了那个97刀。所以我与未来的室友只要付
水电费就可。

$1275一个月，不包utility,需要12个月的lease，9月初可入住。
最近在Galleria看了很多apartment，这个是考虑安全，整洁，房型，价格各方面最满
意的。
本人 女 刚毕业的学生，性格随和，无不良嗜好。

，出门2分钟上610和59。因为最近买了房，想把现在的1 br apt转租，窗户朝南，周围
邻居基本都是上班族，非常安静，有gated garage parking。Onsite leasing office
代收包裹。房子是unfurnitured，但是我基本上有全套家具，如果需要可以免费赠送。
lease到9月份到期，可以续租。有兴趣的话站内投条吧。多谢了。 |
