最近讨论涉及approach shots比较多。所以剪辑了一些跟球友的
approach shots，不过请不要转载。
球友一发二发都很好，所以我经常回浅然后被虐。而我的发球又很烂，
被attack的很凶，综上所述，很难break球友，自己保发率也就50%
左右，所以基本每局只能拿到2，3分的样子。最近打过5局，好像只
break过他两次。其中一局发球状态保持不错，正好又break他一次，
混到了6：6，然后又脆败了。
先奔下回球浅了被球友狂虐的吧。

球友是东方式传统正手，击球很平，球速较快。球友正手approach
shot大量采用open stance，感觉他的击球隐蔽性很好，不容易
预判方向。等看清楚方向时已经多半来不及到位了。感觉对付他
必须打深并压反手，或者抢先强行攻击，可惜很难保证成功率。

竟然体力不支，回家就闷头睡了，结果睡到半夜睡不动了，上BBS一看，老肯已经发来
编辑好的录像了，可惜第二个set只拍了几分钟就给关机了，所以主要是第一个set
体力不支主要原因不是跟老肯的比赛，就这场比赛而言本身还好，主要原因是
1，天气超级炎热
2. 赛前刚打了一场league联赛。我本来想，也就一双打，队长临时找不到人拉人问我
，我一想，正好热身啊，不错啊
没想到，这种超炎热天气连着打两场比赛对体力要求还是很高的
当然，这个不是啥借口，老肯号称更不擅长热天比赛，且，出门旅行，肯定热得也够呛。
球，输了，输的挺惨，感觉老肯老在网上经常“自贬“，还是很迷惑人的，老肯打得很
好，非常稳定，网前volley一般，但应付我足够，我volley更烂。进网小球老肯处理得
很老道，相反我这种球全部丢分。
发球，我现在依然双误频频，这个是我近期的新气象，以前是著名的不双误男。赛前练

昨天终于深刻体会此道理。
由于我最近坚持跟教练练习，正反手和form 都进步很大。正手常常打出优美的上旋，
直逼对方底线；单反则是潇洒一挥，正中甜点，速度也不错。以上是 rally 练习时的
我。
可是，比赛开始了，老练的对手（一位五十多的中老年人）用变换方向，节奏和调小球
来对付我，让我 rally 练习时的感觉完全发挥不出来。就因为 Footwork 不好，差半
步，在 unbalanced 的情况下被迫挥拍，球感完全没了。
结论：明天开始练习Footwork，买几个 orange cones 先。

距离上次奔两周， 中间没有怎么练习， 跟好月一样冥想的时间居多（其实是懒），
今天出门路过球场， 就去练了两下。
第二次奔后， 感谢小猪， 感谢好月， 感谢老三， fedehen （给出了一个很好的挥空
拍的video!）， 还有其他提出宝贵意见的同学， 觉得自己的最大发球问题是动作是断
的， 于是针对性的纠正这个动作。
今天练习的时候， 适当延长了抛球后右手球拍指天的动作， 然后有一个从头上往肩后
甩的动作（fedehen的video）， 结果整个动作一下流畅了。 球速有了本质的提高。

旅馆也找在附近。Bloomsbury是个有些名气的地方，英国有个知识分子的组织，叫
Bloomsbury group，当年就在这一带活动。组织成员有经济学家凯恩斯，文学家弗吉尼
亚伍尔夫（Virginia Woolf）等，都是大名鼎鼎的人。法国固然是接待世界游客最多的
地方，英国也是很值得一看的，尤其对生活在美国的人来说。英国之于美国犹如希腊之
于罗马。虽然罗马帝国如日中天之时，希腊已衰落，但希腊思想，文化，哲学被罗马继
承了。英国曾是世界霸主，现在虽然不如当年，但英国对世界还保留着相当的影响力尤
其是对美国。从披头士到Adele，从Lord of the rings到哈里波特，英国对美国文化的
影响无处不在。
在旅馆休息一夜后第二天一早坐tube到白金汉宫参观。到白金汉宫约八点，这天白金汉
宫已经不接待参观了，所以只能在外面看看。话说中国人真是喜欢旅游，我去的时候白

Chelsea 是个Gallery区,整个区域大概有几百个Gallery,就跟逛小店淘衣服一样,走进
一条街道,一般街道都很短,街的左边右边都是Gallery,和大博物馆不同,很多Gallery都
是为一个人办的展,有为了年纪大的艺术家办的终身回顾展,有为了年轻的后起之秀办的
个展,你可以每家都逛,逛的方式是可以是Z字型也可以是U字型,逛完这条街要转到下条,
比Shopping享受又便宜,还减肥.那天我们都没有逛多少,5个小时就过去了.
没积错的话是个西班牙艺术家,喜欢用土豆和化学品做艺术.以前学化学的,后来学了艺
术.
每个Gallery都有一个招待的台子,上面会有艺术家的介绍和出版物.我最喜欢的就是每
家都有一本本子,你可以签名,我基本上每家都签,想想这不就是"***到此一游"的高级版 |

今天早上，轻草到图书馆去。实在有大把的功课要做。
刚刚走进图书馆侧门，在通往翼楼的细窄的通道里，轻草就见到一个黑影“嗖”地一下闪
进了旁边的ART GALLERY里。
这实在太搞了吧。轻草想。白天，还是在图书馆，居然有人穿着夜行衣，还要扮出鬼鬼祟
祟的样子“溜”进ART GALLERY。鬼都知道那是一个对所有人开放的地方。真是很古怪。
轻草觉得自己必须去看看。她背着大而重的书包，厚底鞋空空地敲打着光滑的大理石地面
。
我象个坦克唉，她对自己说，就是真有贼也都吓飞了。
没有办法，只有行动起来。轻草站住，踮起脚尖，轻盈地跳出一个芭蕾舞步。借着空调通
风口里的一丝微风，她一下就被吹起来，向GALLERY的方向飘过去。
不好啦，太快。。。轻草在掠过GALLERY门口的1/4秒时间里，伸长脖子向里面瞟了远大于
1/4秒的一眼，多亏了脖子够长。看见了看见了，那个黑衣日行的家伙正伏在大厅里的一
个玻璃展览柜上。象只癞蛤蟆！
下一秒钟，轻草被微风平整地贴在了过道的墙上，发出轰隆巨响。再下一秒钟，出现在AR
T GALLERY的轻草，只看到了玻璃展柜上的一团黑色织物，那个原本应该在里面的人 |
