不过inspector说寿命已到 建议彻底装一套新的
现在的问题是 全部弄大概要花多少钱 假设house是有两个bath一个kitchen
还有全部弄的scope是多大
好像还有说要一直弄到和street pipe链接的地方 那岂不是还要掘地三尺去
大家这方面有经验吗 谢谢了先 |

发帖数: 3320 | 2 当然要弄到和公共管道连接的地方。价钱主要取决于要掘地多少。管道材料没有多少钱
，连接很容易，最花钱的就是挖沟。三尺不算深，和公共管道连接的地方，我是掘地八
尺，我家邻居有14英尺深，吓得没有去更换管道。掘地越长，越深越花钱，尤其是深度
，超过6英尺价钱称指数级往上生长。最深的地方就是和公共管道连接的地方，因为公
共管道一般都比较深。如果你能自己挖沟，能省去绝大多数的钱。
还有看你家管道是从前院走还是从后院走，万幸的是我家是后院，全是土地。如果是前
院，看看是不是需要打开driveway或者水泥地，砖地等，价钱受这些影响比较大。几个
bath，kitchen之类的不是主要因素。 |

如果比较高的话 是否应该negotiate让seller花钱换呢 或者至少给(partial) credit？
还有 想问一下你当时这样换了全套一共花了多少？
知道variation比较大 但是至少可以有个参考 |

做根本没法估价。是不是让seller花钱修或者要credit，这是你的自由，seller愿不愿
意给你修或者给你credit是seller的自由。

galvanized round sheet metal pipe 都是一样的，只是厚度不同，HD，lowes 一般的

用了以前买 paint remover, 说是要等３０分钟，后来太忙，等再来时已经好几个小时
了。旧漆还在，有的表面起泡了。下面好像还有一层漆，反正都干了，还是极度难除，
但涂了 paint remover, 下面的漆是不是一定要除彻底了。早知道就不用这个东西了。
这次太悲催了。
嗯，准备 try power drill + wire cup brush. 再买一个 sander。 |

发帖数: 9429 | 23 最简单的方式就是一个90度弯，往左出外墙。(油烟机顶端出口处不要装damper）
你准备一个8寸的90度adjustable elbow， 一根5尺(自己量后确认)的8寸圆管， 一个8
寸 的 wall cap（带有spring return damper的)，买个金属胶(GE Silicone II
Aluminum & Metal Silicone Sealant)，买个aluminum foil tape， 再买点
galvanized steel duct strap（做固定用），再买点sheet metal screws(半寸),
基本就差不多了。
其它的开洞工具师傅都有。 |

lumber含铜量高，要用不锈钢或hot-dipped galvanized 的钉子，自己做尽量用deck
screw。 |
