我家那个是一个样品，目前还在改版，同类的在淘宝上可以买到。这个使用的利弊我在
之前的帖子里说过，
火力够，但不是太均匀，主要集中于底部，但又有个芯不太热。用薄铁锅要适应一段时
间。干净易清理，锅柄不烫。这个因为没有燃气，所以对通风要求比燃气的低。电压是
220-250，如果你已经在用电炉，这个电压是匹配的。如果在国内买，要确认一下这个
是符合美国220-250双火线的，绝大多数会符合，但一定要确认。
实际使用我觉得炒菜还煤气，液化气好，加热均匀多了，室内使用25000BTU也足够。抽
风排气量不低于600CFM，有条件就上1200的。更大的BTU就不不适合普通家居室内使用
了。而且更大BTU的炉子一般效率会随之降低。

发帖数: 187 | 13 第三天的目标是完成整个Frame。除了象民工一样钉钉子，拧螺丝。
还要在接一个34-Feet的EdgeBoard。三块板要连成一条直线。由于
Joist Wood的自身缺限，保持直线几乎花了我们一整天的时间。
放最后一块17-Feet的EdgeBoard之前，又把所有的直角重新
确定了一下。建Frame的过程中用到了许多的Clamp来加固和CornerClamp
来确定直角。
有人问我用的是Nail还是Screw。我用的是8D Galvanized nail。Screw到
现在为止大概用了4磅。主要是用来连接两条长木板（Joist）用的。
关键部位用的Screw比较多。如果全都用Screw比较好。但是比较费时。
有人问我为什么选择做Deck而不是铺水泥。我喜欢出了Living Room不下
楼梯的感觉。铺水泥或者Paver需要一些专用工具。我没有PickUp，运输
是个大问题。而且铺水泥没有了WoodWork的乐趣。
有人问我如何保证土地不沉降。我的后院SitIn两年多了。走过一些比
较重机械。我用了比较多的Post。受力比较平均。颁发Permit的Engineer
也认为应该没有问题 |

能不能把par bar伸进去把木头往上撬,再把木头往下压,这样如果把钉子挤出来就好办
了.实在不行的话,从水龙头那儿把木头挨着取下.当心别把木头弄折了,特别是第三根.
小心点儿的话应该不用重新刷漆.另外建议用galvanized deck screw. |

code的话完全可以和HOA讨论。HOA是不能要求你违反code的，也就是说HOA必须同意你
打洞的。
我最近研究了一下标准，好像不是你说的这样。标准说：如果使用抽油烟机，要么是直
排，要么是排到室外。没有说一定要使用有管道通到外面的抽油烟机。也没说一定要有
抽油烟机。
