预测的高10miles/h, 到底这10miles/h影响有多少，我不是专业人士，无法评估）。礼
拜五预报说harvey雨量为15-30 inches, 最高局部为40inches，实际休斯顿东部目前却
为50inches，而且还在持续增加。
当然，说阴谋论，有些证据不足。但是说预测失准，那是肯定的。

他return through ebay.他不肯，然后又编理由是他的local store charge他$38,要我
refund给他，我估计HP电脑。我是真没时间精力跟这个骗子耗下去。只希望refund他就
结束了。打电话给paypal，paypal说他还可以通过ebay再次open另一个dispute，再找
个理由要另一笔refund。
