不知道什么原因，也许是文化自卑感，还是对外国人过度体贴，中国在把中国特有的东
西翻译成英文的时候，把本身特有的意思给翻译得面目全非。“饺子”被翻译成
dumpling（我听过有个美国人曾取笑中国人，用dumpling来说中国人肯定是老憋着臭屁
）；年糕被翻译成 rice cake；汤圆被翻译成 rice ball；龙被翻译成 dragon（中国
的吉祥的管水的龙和西方邪恶的喷火的dragon 完全不是一回事）；等等等等。各位，
如果你是个外国人，不知道这些东西的原有意思，从这些英文的翻译里，你能了解到原
有意思吗？
再来看别的文化是怎么传播自己特有的东西的：意大利的 pizza（不会翻译成意大利蛋
糕),Spaghetti，macaroni,lasagna;墨西哥的taco,burrito;日本的sushi,sake,Udong;

由于违约、突然停业和资金冻结等方面报道引起的不安，在有些情况下，储户会前
往P2P运营商的办公室要求还款。根据网贷之家的数据，继6月份以80家创出两年最大单
月增幅后，过去两周中国又增加了至少57家停业及问题平台。该研究机构对停业和问题
平台的定义包括：停业、经侦介入、提现困难、转型和跑路。
“投资者已经对较小的平台失去了信心，因为他们不知道这些公司是否会生存下去
，”麦格理驻台北分析师许世德表示。他说，大约2，000家公司中只有少数能够持续下
去。
中国的P2P产业规模位居全球之首，也是中国庞大影子银行体系中风险最大、监管

了。F-35在苦日子还没有开始呢。软件对F-35特别重要。还记得F-22第一次跨越太平洋
时出的洋相吗？飞机一过国际时期变更线，所有导航系统死机，结果火控、导航、燃油
管理统统崩溃，只好在伴飞的加油机的引导下，飞回夏威夷。这个问题很快就解决了，
48小时后，这些F-22再次起飞，飞往日本。但说明的问题很重要：现代战斗机的软件高
度复杂，你都想不到问题会从什么方向来，但问题一旦来了，可能就是全系统性的。要

一个州整个成为非法移民庇护州会对全美范围内的非法移民产生磁石效应。别忘了新泽
西已经是退休人士源源不断搬离新泽西，现在加上非法移民从全国各地汇聚而来，这会
是什么样一种节奏？
让新泽西成为非法移民庇护州是为了骗取某些族裔的选票而危害公共安全的政策。
美国审计署于2005年的一份报告中显示在所调查的美国各级监狱中的55,322名非法入境
者共计被逮捕过459,614次，平均每人8.3次；这些人共计被控罪名700,000项，平均每
人12.7项。
同样还是美国审计署在2011年的另一份报告显示联邦监狱中约90%的外籍罪犯和州监狱
中约86%的外籍罪犯是来自中南美洲和加勒比海国家。

Gao to lose control of his vehicle and collide with the Volvo. Authorities
will investigate to see if Gao was not driving safely in light of weather
conditions, or if he was under the influence of alcohol. It is also possible
that something malfunctioned with the vehicle or one of its tires blew out,
causing him to lose control.
