或者那三天她没开车。不然就要收回牌照，三个月不能开车。
昨天收到dmv的第二封信，说他们either没收到朋友的回信（实际朋友一个星期前就寄
了），or朋友的回信不被认可。所以需要她出庭申诉，不然就要马上收回牌照。。
朋友认为这是aaa的问题，因为她注明effective date是1月18号，不是1月15号，现在
她应该给aaa，dmv，或者dmv的insurance department打电话呢还是准备出庭？出庭的
话怎么说比较好呢？
