helper at some junction. I wouldn't do that if i can find someone to do it

发帖数: 178 | 5 一般来说两车库门，装一个1/2的马力就可以，因为门的主要重量在于来自弹簧，
opener只是起个拉力。
最好找专业的安装人员，45分钟到1个小时就可以搞定。很多中国人安装这个没问题，
就是不会修理。70刀不错的。可以电话里就讲好价，或者让他们来估价。中国人一般都
有免费估价。如果你的门不是8ft高，不应该有什么额外费用。
也可以找家公司装，跟他们买的opener，是厂家直售的，他们的rail是一条，比较坚固
。不想lowes，为了方便装载一个箱子里，分成5条。其实差别也不是很大了。
lowes和homedepo，他们也不是自己装，，而是找几个garage door company作为他们的
修理商，安装费用，等于两家分。所以价钱不理想。
自己装很麻烦的，如果没装好，反而对门不好。不如找人装。 |

但被我老婆opt out了，说怕别人装的不安全，偷偷留remote controler).
自己买了梯子，钻子，尺子，还有几个螺丝，因为中间搞断了几颗
对了，还买了一块中间有洞的铁条，用来加固从房顶吊opener的架子
用钻子在门上打洞其实算是相对简单的活。 |

回newrole09，房子是07年的。3个月前做inspection的时候没提到过，也不知道是检查
不仔细没发现还是我们住进来以后发生的。本来也没觉得是大问题，可google了一下
signs of settling以后有点心虚了，因为garage侧边的门确实有些难开，这个裂痕也
有点顺着门的。我们需要找人过来看看吗？

I ordered one online but found out the model listed on the box was not right

洗了三次，，还是臭，当时那个急和你一样。没有办法，后来去店里买了，除猫尿的。
现在没有臭味了。
做发：1。首先你要知道钱屋主养的是什么。我的钱屋主养的是猫。然后到有关的店去
买除臭的。我去的是WALMART。像宠物店一定有卖。
2。地干的时候，喷药水在臭地，等一段时间没有什么气味后用水冲洗。干后有气味再
重复上面的。我家是一次就没有什么味了。我的邻居说用BLEACH 也可以。我也式了，
不过我是在药水除了臭以后用的。
3。要有耐心，一天两天臭味是消不了的。我的GARAGE是2周后那气味才渐渐没了。
