This is a range where the refrigerant remains in gas phase while also
provide enought refrigerant for the compressor to "suck" in enough gaseous
refrigerant.
Higher than this, the compressor is compressing liquid, which is extremly
detrimental to the compressor, since it is designed to compress "gas".
Lower than this, the compressor is running dry, since the lubricant is
carried by the refrigerant.
