(wall and attic) is insulated by open-cell spray foam. 用这种材料的房子，
所有房间，包括ATTIC， 全部都参与 AC 循环，跟室外没有什么对流， 空气交换。 保
暖上很好，但是有人抱怨 off-gassing 可能有些毒。 这种材料似乎很怕 fire， 所
以heating 不能用gas, 只用electric heater.
理念上， 非常喜欢传统 阁楼里 soffit vent 和 ridge vent 的 空气流动. 是不是我

理起来麻烦。LD的意思是用几条vinyl runner粘起来铺在木地板上。个人感觉比较不美

所以可能不得不考虑新房了。
但是家里有小小宝和癌症病人，而且一家三口都是过敏体质，所以对新房的VOC off-
gassing非常担心。网上零星有一些信息，好像是说油漆至少需要一个月，地毯至少一
年。但是这样的话，安全起见，岂不是要等一年才能住进去？说心里话，如果两个房子
价格和其他条件完全一样，一个是新房，一个是1-2年的旧房，我宁可买旧房，但是问
题是市场上不容易看到这样
的旧房。
很困惑，请问大家对此有没有做过研究？美国这方面没有国内讨论得多，是因为材料比
国内安全得多吗？ |

发帖数: 5133 | 26 现在的M4实际上并不娇嫩。美国和俄国不轻易搞全新替换枪而是对现有枪不断改进实际
上是很好的做法，虽然看上去不如中国56，81，95，03换得勤快，但同时也不会有全新
的问题出现，旧问题越改越少，实在改不了的问题大家早有防范，后勤保障也容易。回
头看看全世界全新枪一炮打响成名的极少。
高质量的AR保养其实就是充足的润滑，有时间就擦，一时没时间就算了。普通的民用AR
不知道确切材料，厂家指标和加工测试手段就没底了。枪栓上受力大和材料相对单薄的
bolt lug和cam pin hole最容易出事，润滑好了再没有over gassing，寿命也相当长。
其实AR这类气吹工作方式在开锁前枪栓是先受气压推动超微向前运动后再旋转开锁，降
低了blog log受力。而导气活塞枪是霸王硬开弓，在bolt lug和barrel extension相互
顶住时直接旋转开锁。
不成天连发的话，高质量不锈钢枪管保证精度情况下寿命可以超过一万五千发，镀铬枪
管可以更长。再说枪管废了换个新的就是了，上下机闸不是很受力的。
要子弹便宜又有现代感，搞一条外壳现代的.22LR半自动。现在有AR15外形的.22LR，还

精度不是主要的话，可以直奔5.56管
对精度有点要求的，.223 Wylde/5.56 Noveske Match Mod 0更合适大部分时间打.223
5.56 Noveske Match Mod 0只有一家在用，诺维斯基不锈钢管的精度大家都知道的。
.223 Wylde在精度枪里用的很多，LaRue的那几条OBR，PredatAR sub MOA的枪用的是这
个。
除了枪管本身，这可以相差7000psi的两种膛压对半自动枪设计也有点挑战。5.56打的
舒服，.223有可能short stroke。KAC SR15一开始就有这问题。.223打的舒服，5.56打
起来就更猛。更有厂家为了再不给力的弹也能打，都搞over gassing。 |

述他在维也纳搭乘车门大开的市营电车，手脚灵活的年轻人可随意跳上跳下、 也有运
动神经不太发达的跳摔了挨骂的。这和去年秋天我在维也纳的经验大相径庭。我坐过的
电车，稳稳行走在林荫大道上，到站揿钮，车门自动折叠开启，站间距 离不长，沿途
风景舒展优美，斜风细雨时，我根本不想下车，恨不能径坐到地老天荒。这落差间，想
必车系早已改朝换代吧。
维市的公交市规，曾给我极佳印象。建筑峻伟，道路宽放，树木蓊郁，许多笔直大街都
叫做“Gasse”（小径），而慕尼黑的紧窄肠线们统统傲慢升格为 “Strasse”（街）
；每次我在站台对地图路牌，总有年轻的维市人主动以英文招呼，问我是不是搞不清方
向，同等礼遇，在慕尼黑则十分稀罕，偶遇善意老 者充任天兵，我只好微笑承情，很
无力地竖起耳朵追捕德国鸦语。在维市过马路，又别具趣味，等待交通灯变色的时间，

On the surface yes. But MS's office live is a defensive move to things like
Google Docs. Their core business is
still Windows + Office on PC. iCloud's main purpose is to sell more iPads/
iPhone. Office live would always be
