With my very breif understanding of load balance, if the web server are
implemented with load balanced then the database server Needs to be outside
of the load balance cluster group.
Is this correct?
Is it possible/easy to run clustered DB on the same web load balanced server
cluster group?

document联系起来？中国都有记账凭证，后面附上原始凭证。在这边那怎么样能够把
reference作好？我们公司没有比较规范的流程，我基本上就是每个月把General
Ledger打印出来，在上面写备注。 |

prepaid account的摊销，一些费用accrual，对以前错误分录的更正。accrual的费用
我在打印出来的General Ledger后面注明怎么算出来的，错误分录更正也注明情况。但
有时候回去看我作的一些非经常发生分录要想半天当时为什么会这样做。有时候没有写
说明，都忘记了数是怎么算出来的。还是我的documentation做的不太好。 |

朋友去中小的税收公司作intern，一毕业就办lc了，因为办h1有gap,公司心急火燎的找
了很多次律师，决定是办lc,多好啊。不过做了税收，转审计很困难
学审计很多都想去大公司，以后的选择多一些八 |

容, Lindeburg的复习书和样题里也没有环境工程部分，如果下午选择考环境工程的话

Is there any general solution for such equation group?
For example I have x1,x2,x3,x4,....xn
I have

后就前途无量了. 而且fea/cfd的技术更新缓慢, 最多也就是新版软件适应一下,如果建
模很快,大部分时间都是等待计算,轻闲的很. 但想找到第一个工作的确不易. 我有以下
比较general的建议.
1. 无论前人给你们什么找工作建议或者好办法,自己要做好找工艰辛的准备. 在ME,没
有任何经验可以让你感觉机会多多. 一周甚至几周没有任何关于工作的电话完全可能.
大概一个月能有1-2个有实质进展的电话就很不错了. 不要灰心, 一定要坚信自己能找
到工作. 咱们都是念了20多年书的大男人了, 找工是最后一个大考了. 要有this is
the time. I can make it的决心,呵呵
2. 良好的心态不是凭空出来的,自信和决心也不代表自己不打算找退路了.自己首先要
想通一件事情. 如果真找不到工作怎么办? 无外乎就是去做postdoc(或者继续念博士)
和回国. 只要你还想在美国发展, 就要做出万不得已去做博士后的决定. 自己也要多看
看博士后的机会,特别是和自己导师搞好关系看看能否做 |

Columbia is a top medical school. 80 programs? Not for other less
competitive specialties.
Actually my goal is not reading films in a dark room. I like to use my hands
to do interventional procedures. Both radiology and general surgery will
lead to that route through a fellowship. Some people choose radiology for
lifestyle reason. I enjoy my surgical rotations very much and don't mind
working harder. I'll pay more attention |
