therapy has been available for some time, and the problem of it is the very
uncomfortable side effects of interferon (plain or pegylated).
some new drugs (w/o interferon) that are better tolerated produce lower cure
rate.
there are new combo regimens that are waiting for approval seem to produce
high cure rate w/o interferon.

这种genotype会引起increased homocystein level，a risk factor for venous
thrombosis.但我的homocystein是正常的，所以ob不认为C677T mutation是引起流产的
原因。
想问一下，单纯C677T mutation 会造成流产吗？ |

1. phenotype是genotype和环境互作的结果
单纯讲靠基因诊断疾病和用认知治疗手段干预疾病的发生发展都是不现实的事。
2. 神经类疾病的诊断
自闭属于特别复杂的神经疾病，而且是跟发育相关的。跟神经发育相关的基因太多了。
现在的诊断手段只能是把所有可能引起自闭的相关基因全找出来，建库。然后看被诊断
者的基因里有多少相关基因有突变。因为是复杂性疾病，突变的多少只能反映这个人会
发展自闭症的先天概率。如果有家族病史，那发生的概率会高很多。如果没家族病史，
很难预测。
除了自闭外，阿兹海莫和精神分裂等神经类疾病也一样。

直都是biochem。
我在硕士期间做的蛋白质电化学，后来换成genetics（genotyping，genome wide
association）研究基因和眼科疾病的关系，后来博士期间做的是物理病毒学，用物理
的方法研究病毒颗粒。以后做博后会研究分子自组装。
一共有14篇文章，5篇一作，citation 321，一半是蛋白质电化学的，一半是genetics
的。博士期间发的文章citation很少。 |

/8的striper之类的，要准确判断需要做genotype，一般只要鱼身上同时能看到两种鱼
的特征就认定它是杂交的，断纹是标准之一，鱼牙也一定程度上可以判断，鱼长宽比可
能更可靠（具体数字忘了，1/3可能是分界线），如果眼睛判断，20寸以内的striper都
非常瘦长，吃得很好也只长圆不长宽，像根棍子，同样尺寸hybride更像砍刀 |
