物价： 比法国大多数地方略高，但是比巴黎低。横向的话我觉得跟美国一般城市差不多（非大都市），可能略高。
跟欧洲国家比北欧瑞士低很多，跟德国荷兰差不多吧。
工资：比利时税率不低，所以税前工资看起来很好，税后大概一个月博后1800－2200欧
元吧。生活还是没问题的，养一家子也勉强够了。
福利：不太了解，估计没有法国好。
语言：实验室英文肯定没有问题，一般生活的话问题不大，会说英文的人比德国／法国多的多，可能普及程度也就是不如荷
兰／瑞典吧。
合同：千老貌似不大可能，反正大多是回国，无所谓了。
生活：比美国肯定悠闲，环境治安也非常好，交通便利。城市非常漂亮（布鲁塞尔，antewep,gent, leuven,brugge)
水平：好实验室还是不少的，尤其植物，neuronscience领域和临床肿瘤相关的领域有些很牛的老板。
总之这年头生物回国更看中文章，前2批千青里面也有比利时回去的。
至于想留下的话恐怕还是美国机会多些。 |

早上6点到晚上11点关门，差不多有十个nursing housing, 三千病床，每天四个
deliver, 平均每个shift fill 1500 个 prescription. 大部分Oral, 也许少量的IV.
还要做Vinco, gent dosing. 我上晚班和周末班（周末只有一个shift). 周末很多call
-in controlled substance scripts. 三个tech 做data entry, 三个filling, 两个
billing, 三个drivers. 每天忙的四脚朝天，连饭都吃不上，经常不能按时关门，有时
12还不能关门，工作很累，工资也只有60元／hr. 一年只有10天vacation. Medical

over $3000, you have to use insurance company to cover.
less than $3000, say $2000, normally, after 3 years insurance increase, insu
rance company pretty much recover the money from you. and dont forget you ha
ve $500 deduction.
my agent was telling me that once you let insurance cover you the damage, it
is same fee increase regardless how much insurance company pay. call your a
gent to double check.
