演出了十首经典合唱曲目。其中最精彩的莫过于下面的这三首古典圣乐。

WC词义本身与Toilet区别不大，但是从修辞上说，前者给人的印象是简陋、不太卫生，

买了周六/周日的阿姆斯特丹至布鲁日的来回火车票，加手续费共 49。5欧元。问清了着车票没有时刻的限制，只要是同一天，任何一辆去同一方向地车都可以上。
周六起了个大早，跳上了近 7点南下的那班车。九点多钟到了比利时的Antwepen要换车。就下来趁机在火车站周围转了一大圈。居然看到了一个中国城！那中国城只占一条很小的街，有 5，6家杂货铺，两家饭店。街的俩头各立了一对石狮子，底座上刻了为修建这中国城坐贡献的人的名字。每家杂货店我都进去转了一圈，货架上的东西不是很多,主要是罐头什么的干货。
回到了火车站，发现我车跳得早了一点。这个站不好转到我要去的地点的车。比利时的人讲荷兰语或法语，这两种语言我全不懂！经过半天的比划，得知我可以到另外一个地方换车。不管三七二十一，我就跳上了下一班的火车,到了GENT-St Peterson再换。如此这般，到了下午两点多，我到了布鲁日。

喜欢antwerp，既有小镇风味又有都市风味，传统和现代结合得很好。最后一张是
brussels？贴一张bruges，五颜六色的gables.
，决定利用周末去其他国家转转。 临行前问了朋友，建议去比利时的布鲁日。
了着车票没有时刻的限制，只要是同一天，任何一辆去同一方向地车都可以上。
车。就下来趁机在火车站周围转了一大圈。居然看到了一个中国城！那中国城只占一条
很小的街，有 5，6家杂货铺，两家饭店。街的俩头各立了一对石狮子，底座上刻了为
修建这中国城坐贡献的人的名字。每家杂货店我都进去转了一圈，货架上的东西不是很
多,主要是罐头什么的干货。
的人讲荷兰语或法语，这两种语言我全不懂！经过半天的比划，得知我可以到另外一个
地方换车。不管三七二十一，我就跳上了下一班的火车,到了GENT-St Peterson再换。
如此这般，到了下午两点多，我到了布鲁日。
用走的就行了。我希望能在天黑前转完它，于是就鼓起了劲来沿着地图上标着的走了过

发帖数: 27533 | 47 第一，病人可能得的是hospital acquired pneumonia（HAP）
Acinetobactor species是常引起late onset HAP的细菌。
问问医院有没有查pseudomonas和MRSA，这也是常引起HAP的病菌，在治疗方案中也常常
对用上抗pseudomonas的抗生素。pseudomonas或者MRSA感染后果可能会比较严重，而且
只有某些抗生素才能抑制这些细菌。一定要问医院有没有查这两个细菌感染的可能性。
非常震撼！医院居然把病人直接送回家让自己康复？ HAP的死亡率是20-50%，如果
empiric antibiotics 没选对，死亡率对增加2-3倍！只听你说病史，还有细菌的确认
结果，多半就是HAP。病人有其他的症状吗？发热？白细胞数量变化？氧饱和率？是确
诊了还是怀疑HAP感染？
第二，用药问题。你问这个药不是推荐治疗HAP的用药。美国传染病学最权威的
guideline在
IDSA上。
