新中国成立近70 年来，中国一直在探索自己的发展道路。本着“坚持实事求是、践行
中国道路、发展中国学派”的办刊宗旨，2014年，《经济导刊》设立了“中国道路”栏
目，以期总结中国改革发展实践中的经验，关注并支持有关中国发展道路的学术探讨和
研究。
什么是“中国学派”？为什么要提出“发展中国学派”？在社会科学各领域怎样推进“
中国学派”的发展？这是本栏目开篇推出的重要议题，在今后的讨论中将贯穿始终，逐

like much but 7.1 versus 6.4 is a really big difference in terms of
earthquakes - it has to make you wonder if something really big has been
triggered that because of all the spiderweb faultlines in the area something
much larger may be underway that will affect a very large region of

本報訊（記者賀亮）“數據研究証明，武漢為‘一帶一路’城市網絡的核心城市。”昨
日，東北農業大學城市地理研究專家趙映慧博士告訴長江日報記者，通過對全國“一帶
一路”上的35個城市間的鐵路客哕嚧芜M行分析，武漢與其他34城市間的客哕嚧温撓底
疃啵瑪祿@示武漢為“一帶一路”城市網絡的核心。
2013年“絲綢之路經濟帶”和“21世紀海上絲綢之路”提出后，東北農業大學資源與環
境學院人文地理與城鄉規劃系主任趙映慧與該系兩位副教授姜博、張慧組成團隊，哂贸
鞘芯W絡研究的方法來對“一帶一路”進行研究。

摘 要
对四川地区自1800年以来7级以上地震发生时间间隔以及1900年以来
四川地区7级以上地震与中国大陆地区巨大地震之间的相关关系进行
了统计分析,得到如下结果:自1800年以来四川地区7级以上地震发生
的时间间隔平均约为16年,最长为34年,最短为3年,时间间隔在23年以
下的占83%。自1900年以来,四川地区7级以上地震平均时间间隔为11
年,最长为19年,最短为3年。自1900年以来四川地区发生的7次7级以
上地震之前1～3年中国大陆地区都发生过717级以上的巨大地震。从
1976年以来四川地区已经26年没有发 |

虽然你说的很有道理,但是你忽略了一个事实,民族矛盾的存在.
没有美国,没有若比亚,没有东突,就没有维汉矛盾了?
没有维汉矛盾,这些人靠什么煽风点火?
能够清醒的认识到是人下的套子是好的一方面,但是如果把一切归咎于外来势力,漠视自
己存在的问题那就是不好的一面了.的确没有韶关事件,乌鲁木齐也早晚会出事.但是韶
关事件是不是也是套子的一部分?至少现在看起来还没有任何迹象表明也是外来势力策
划挑唆的.我们自己的民族政策一而再,再而三的出现问题,是不是都要归咎于外因?现在
否认民族矛盾到了一切都推倒分裂势力的头上,认为只有阶级矛盾,只有敌我矛盾,不存
在民族矛盾,甚至为此还要美化维族,是不是再走另一个极端?
维族人占用国家资源,享受优惠政策,使用国家补助,被国家大量培养,小到义务教育,大
