考试太松导致的“考得好”学生不一定买账 给学生透题和期末考试的方法我个人觉得
是boarderline professional ethics问题 起码很不厚道 何况学生只要不是这学期毕
业总可以到系主任那里讲话 一次两次算了 多到该评tenure的时候一定会有口碑 轻则
是inability to maintain evaluation consistency 重则是职业道德问题 要是有人不
想给你tenure 你这就是拿着自己的把柄往人手里塞
其实我觉得多数的老师在看teaching evaluation的时候都会考虑背景的 比如说 一般
本科生的课，比较难的课，夏天的课，很早很晚的课 evaluation相对差些 系里一般会
考虑的 我个人觉得 与其搞这种小动作 不如花多点儿精力时间准备课 只要你的课做的
够公平准备够充分 别人都看得到 如果你实在担心 要不可以去找你系主任 就说I

可以说些：that's true, what else? thank you, What else? You are on the right
line. 之类的。如果有人挑战你的说法，多问问，了解原因，如果是对的，要接受，
毕竟学生其实也就是需要认同，说说thank you，要说说no standard answer，i
always like different view, it is debatable 之类的。
多做group activity，每隔一段时间就要做个acitivity看看他们掌握了没有。多用video
设计一个让学生分组外出的活动，让学生多做presentation，你也省心，给学生一些
