新浪科技讯 北京时间4月2日晚间消息，印度最高法院周三裁定，三星电子董事长
李健熙(Lee Kun-hee)必须在6周之内赴印度加济阿巴德(Ghaziabad)法院办理保释手续
，否则印度警方将有权逮捕他。
加济阿巴德法院周一已经发布了逮捕令，但最高法院周三称，将在6周之后执行该
决定。因此，李健熙必须要在6周之内赴加济阿巴德法院办理保释手续。否则，如果李
健熙下次入境印度，则印度警方就会下令逮捕他。
该裁决源于2009年的一起刑事指控。当时，新德里JCE Consultancy咨询服务公司
指控三星电子迪拜子公司拒绝支付一笔143万美元的欠款。
后来李健熙提起上诉，要求印度最高法院驳回JCE Consultancy的指控，但最终被
拒绝。李健熙今年72岁，是韩国首富。福布斯数据显示，其净资产价值112亿美元。(李

阿尼什·托马尔（Anish Toma）正在向印度政府申请工作。他很熟悉这个过程，因为这
